I'd like to give a 5-star review to Angela's; however, I’m very disappointed with their workers. Most of them don’t provide good customer service, or even satisfactory service. Today I went to Angela's and one of the girls seemed to lack basic manners. I asked her a simple question, and she looked annoyed, even though I was polite and said “please” and “thank you.” Instead of answering respectfully, she turned to gossip with her coworkers in front of other customers. Mind you, I was being nice and respectful, and she just had an attitude for no reason. I didn’t complain or say anything about the behavior because I didn’t want to make anyone uncomfortable, but I left feeling really disappointed. I know they don’t need to be overwhelmingly nice, but just having manners is more...
Read moreThis place is pretty nasty. I've gone here multiple times and each time I go it smells the like rot and spoiled milk. My main issue however is just that the ice cream is bellow average, worse than store bought. It is almost a watery texture with icy flakes in it. Also the place is wildly overpriced. I understand rent in Mill Valley is high, but $12 for a brownie is madness. I was really excited to see a new place popping up in Mill Valley, an ice cream store that might even give Fairfax Scoop a run for its money, and a storefront that wasn't a shopping boutique, a salon, or a real estate outlet, but Angela's was sadly a huge...

Adding the waffle cone adds over $2. The passion fruit flavor was good but it included coconut shavings that came in clusters (see photo) and I wish they were more evenly dispersed in the ice cream or not there at all. I’ve also tried the lavender flavor in the past- it was just okay but I have high standards for lavender ice cream because it’s one of my favorite flavors and I’ve tried it at a lot of...
