Customer Service: It is what you would expect from a restaurant run by an asian family. They are efficient and get right to the point. They speak English well but do not bring either a negative attitude nor a positive attitude towards the experience.

Quantity and Quality: We all know the standard white chinese boxes, Large and Small or Quarts and Pints, in terms of quantity they fill these boxes. They do not stuff and smush the rice down but they provide you the appropriate amount. Now as for quality, the only reason I gave them 4 out of 5 is due to quality. Ordered delivery through the app that this restaurant suggested and sat and watched the delivery driver sit at another restaurant picking up another order as mine was getting soggy and cold 20+ minutes I called them to cancel the order and get a refund and they refused.horrible customer service and horrible business practices. I just want my money back I don’t even want the food. Order was received 40 minutes after it was picked up from the restaurant and everything is soggy. Picked up lunch there today. Food was very good. Don't think I'll return though as the young gentleman at the counter couldn't extricate himself from his cell phone while waiting on me. I found that very rude. Middle aged lady sat working at a table behind the counter and looked rather embarrassed by the situation (but did not say anything to him).
