I came in I ordered a dozen of donuts 40 tidbits and a large french vanilla cappuccino order the same thing every time only drink I get there nothing else even comes across my brain, I get all the way home to Mckean and give it to the person I bought it for and they took a sip in about threw up because they don't drink coffee they just drink Tim Hortons French vanilla cappuccinos not to mention it was only half full. So I drive all the way back into West 26th Street to let the girl know hey this was wrong I'd like a refund and she tells me that no, I ordered a cappuccino not a french vanilla cappuccino, and I when I repeated it she is like no that's not what I ordered got an attitude with me so the manager took over. I got my refund for my large french vanilla cappuccino but didn't get an apology., nothing said. I told her that's what I order all the time didn't apologize for the employees attitude nothing. So can somebody please tell me when it got to be okay to argue with a customer to treat them like they're not worth your time and then instead of making it okay the managers are like oh no she's right you're wrong. So I just wanted to let you know that the manager that was on duty on Sunday June 23rd it's just as bad as the employee that called me a liar told me that that's not what I ordered and argued with me. I know this is a society that nobody cares as long as it's not happening to them but this is the problem nowadays everybody gets away with a little bit and it gets worse and worse and worse and becomes a huge problem and now trying to fix it. I am the first person that'll be like oh could have been maybe sorry my fault but when you go to a place and you order the same thing every time. I probably would have even been like sorry you know just want to refund but when the employee gets an attitude with you get snippy and then calls you a liar to your face and tells you know you're lying that's not what you ordered it was a cappuccino and it's in a large and it's half full and there was no whipped cream you could tell nobody drink it you can tell nothing melted it's just ridiculous and people just continue to go because all it tastes good yeah but what about the damn service and you wonder why you want society and people are rude or they cut you off or they feel like they're the only person in this world and have no consideration for the elderly the middle aged or even children it's because they're not taught that there's a line you have to walk and when you stray from that line there's consequences because we don't have that anymore God knows that Society is all about what you get and how much you can get not about how you're treated or how you treat people. I hope everybody has a good rest of their day I never has a problem...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI arrived at the store to get coffer and donuts for my girlfriend and I; we were patiently waiting for the order after we had paid and my girlfriend decided to hug me. The waiting time was less than 5 minutes and within those minutes someone (which later we confirmed it is Store Manager Sarah) yelled, and I repeat, yelled "go outside with your PDA" and everybody working there started laughing. At the beginning, we didn't get it, nor did we know what PDA means but their laughs, stares and talking made it clear that the yell was meant for us. I asked the cashier that was preparing the order about PDA and she stated that is "Public Demonstration of Affectation". I was really shocked and upset, never in my life have I received such a bad treatment and being laughed at for such a non-sense. I requested a supervisor to place a formal complaint and that's when I realized it was the manager that was yelling, laughing and basically kicking us, the customers, out. For full disclaimer, the hug , between my partner and I, did not include any sort of sexual content or inappropriate touching or anything like that. Probably the manager doesn't have a family or a nice life in which she can hug someone, but is that how Tim Horton's treat customers? I was really shocked, disappointed and I haven't come back to that location ever since. I don't recommend anybody goes there either, culture is reflected in front line employees and if they are allowed to do such a thing, I don't want to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWent here at 11:10am today. The drive thru line was around the building. We parked and my husband went in. Literally 15 minutes later he came out empty handed. In the 15 minutes in line they only waited on 1 person. Later we were on 26th again, 1:10pm. There wasnāt any lines-just one car in front of us. That car had already ordered and was at the pay window waiting. We waited 4 minutes before anyone took our order. We pulled ahead and gave our money. It took forever to get our change and 2 coffees. The girl said sheās be back with a muffin. We sat for another several minutes while multiple kids stood having conversation. I finally laid on my horn. A kid opened the window and handed me a muffin that had been sitting there. I asked him if they just āforgotā. It was 11:22 when we pulled out with two cups of coffee and a muffin-and only one customer ahead of us. If there was a manager on duty allowing this group of kids to sit around talking while ignoring customers-they should be FIRED! My husband said that was exactly the behavior that he witnessed while standing inside for 15 minutes earlier in the day. Employees are only as good as the leadership teaches and the work ethic they should...
