Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Millcreek Township

It's cheap and good pizza for the price 5/5 but service is something I wanna talk about, I usually order online and just go in there to pick up my online order when grabbing the pizza I get greeted by a lovely girl in the front from time to time, I always come to this store for whenever I want pizza since it's close by, now that's the good staffing now the bad ones, recently like 1 to 2 days ago I went in to buy pizza at around 7pm to 8pm as usual but this time I forgot to bring my card so I didn't do online order, there was a guy in front acting very weird and erract, he studdered when he spoke so and his hands were shaky so I immediately thought he was austic or some other issues he's having but from him being erract it was sorta scaring me especially late at night I hated it, I got my pizza and as I was leaving the store I heard who I assume is the manager saying, "I told you not todo that in front of the customers", now that basically told me he was messing around and scaring customers for his own amusement, I hated the experience he shouldn't be working there well atleast not at night, from the tone of voice of the manager it felt like this wasn't first or second time he did it to...

I still have these pizzas here from this past weekend. I've reached out to headquarters several times. Never in my life had I ordered food that made our mouth go numb. I've looked this up online and saw that this had happened to others in the past. This pizza is impossible to eat. It first has an acid taste and then your lips and tongue go numb immediately. Maybe it's an oven cleaner or something I dont know. I am not accusing anyone of putting drugs or poison on these pizzas, but there is indeed something wrong with them. I bought each of my sons a pizza. Imagine how worried I was that they ate any of it. Fyi.. anyone who doubts this is welcome to try the pizza. I've had family and neighbors try just minor pieces. Most just touched to their tongues and were done. One even said he just got a bad memory of back when he used to party. I am not looking for any free pizza. I wont order from here anymore after this. I just want a solution. I will also add, the kids that work here are always kind to me. I dont think this was intentional. The manager wasnt so kind when I called...

Hot and Ready pizzas are often hot but not ready here, and the waits we're between 30-45 minutes 2 of the last 3 times I've visited - for hot and ready pizzas where you eventually wish you hadn't paid so you could take your business elsewhere. Tonight was different. Only one other person was waiting, so I ordered 2 items off the hot and ready menu and was told twice it would be 8 minutes. That's fair, but come double that time I had to interrupt the worker to ask about my order - for the second time. She had been strolling around, hanging out in the back, even using the glass doors to the pizzas as a mirror to check her hair... all while my pies were sitting there just at a slightly different focus depth. The apathy was real as the faintest monotone mumble of "Have a nice evening..." faded from her lips. It used to be much better here, but I'll only be returning if I'm in too good of a mood and need a little more...
