I'm not sure who owns this place but they need to hire competent employees. We purchased 4 meals and when they were opened at home they all had cold french fries instead of onion rings, but had zesty sauce, there were also 8 other sauces in there for 1 chicken fry. We called and were told we could come back. We live on lower west side, so why would we want to drive back there and spend the gas to switch? We were then told that they would replace the meals. When we went the next day to do so, they had my boyfriend wait over an hour and said it wasn't in the book, then they made him pay for the sandwiches and gave us no sodas as they weren't on the receipt but we had gotten meals so drinks came with them and they gave us cup the first time , so we basically drove to the other side of town to get bad service the second time and had to spend money to get cold onions rings really I hope this place goes out business and all the employees are not able to collect unemployment as they shouldn't have a job anyway. Read moreId give a 0 if i could. Floor was sticky, waited an hour. Employees were incompetent. Waited 20 min for my food order from the kiosk that got lost- ok... technology (understandable). They were short staffed so I tried to be patient 15-20 min. but after watching several people order, get food & leave I went up & asked. At first -the counter employee couldnt find it. Assistant manager helped & found the order. She wrote it down & walked back to drive thru window, took the handwritten order with her. I watched probably 8 more people & realized....The slip that she wrote the order down on, was now sitting on the counter. NO ONE, Assit manager or the guy at the counter EVER GAVE IT TOO THE COOK (this is what makes me mad). I can be patient but that's just stupid. So I go up again & said... the slip is still here... it's been almost an hour, I'd like a refund...and OF COURSE, neither employee knew how to do a refund. 1 hour of my time, no food, no refund b/c no one there knows what they are doing. Read moreThe older lady manager with the short grey/white hair is really nasty. I feel so uncomfortable coming to this bk anymore. For years she has been so rude. I stopped coming here for a long time Because of Her. I thought she didnt work here anymore but soon as I saw her through the drive thru window I said our order is going to be wrong and she is going to have an attitude about it. Of course it was wrong. I went in and quietly whispered to her and that we went through the drive thru and the order is wrong and she got loud and ignorant and literally started ripping sandwiches out of my hand. Real professional! Then tells me because of their mess up shes going to have to recharge my whole order, snatches the rest of the food and stomps away waving her hands and mumbling. I told her just cancel my order and refund me. She treats customers and employees like trash and yet there she still is, employed.
