Pros: food was good, the pasta dinners and pepperoni rolls were overall tasty. Pizza was well cooked and tasted good but weirdly on the spicy side for a basic pepperoni pizza(separate visit). Italian cheesecake was delicious. Cons: The bread that came with the dinners was a stale loaf that was shaped like an Italian loaf but tasted like cheap, 2 day old stale white bread. Threw is directly into the trash after one bite. We weren't given the salads with our dinners, didn't notice because by the time I got my food I had to rush out of there to make it home in time for my son to eat before he had to be to work. I live across town. No point in calling to complain. I absolutely would never go back for two salads which maybe they knew and left out to save money. 🤷‍♀️ Ordered before they opened, which the website allowed, said our order would be ready at 5:45 which was 45 minutes after open for two pasta dinners, one dessert, and the pepperoni rolls. Food was not ready until 6:05 and when I asked at 6:00 when my food would be ready. I was told in a very snotty voice "it just came out". If it takes longer to cook than put the time it should be ready as later. WAY over priced for what you get. Website charges a service fee so the price jumped up $8 after the total for service fee and tax, again for two dinners, one dessert and one appetizer. Then after you pay a notice, pops up telling you how much you saved over using delivery sites versus their own site! Pizza was over priced as well, and while it tasted good it was a grease bomb. The flavor of cheesecake I wanted wasn't listed on the website so I ordered it when I got there. $8 plus tax for an absolutely tiny piece of cheesecake, tasted delicious but definitely not worth the price. My cheesecake was taken out of the refrigerated case and set on the counter in a bag and sat there for 20 minutes until my food was ready. Overall food food but NOT worth the TERRIBLE service, rude employee, the fact that they charge a service fee when you order online, we didn't get the salads and prices. Very disappointed because I was excited to find a new Italian restaurant with authentic tasting food. I guess the search continues.

So a pizza of mine came to me with the toppings skewed to the side. I wasn't very happy, and I was dealing with other stuff, and didn't want to call the place to get a replacement so I just took a picture and posted it on here with a less than stellar review. I don't like writing bad reviews, but I feel that if I write the good, I should also write the bad. The man who delivered my pizza saw the review/picture pretty quickly and without even calling showed up on my doorstep not long after with a replacement pizza that looks great (see attached photo). I wasn't expecting it, but he took full accountability and made it right. I deleted the other review so I could write this one to tell the story in its totality. I give the pizza a 8.1/10 (that's high for me), the service a 9.5/10, and the integrity a 10/10.

I haven't had the pleasure of dining in because by the time dinner is due, I have the energy of a deteriorating house plant. Every. Single. Time. They have been spot on. Fresh. Presentation. The household favorite is the Spitz-i-Ano. The hot honey makes it next level. I've had the combo balls. *Chef's kiss* those are a meal in themselves. Packed full of pepperoni and turned into a mini submarine. Their chicken parm was epic. Sauce was perfect... most recent order I decided to go for the breadsticks. They showed up in a full size pizza box and were large enough to have a duel. *see photo* Having this place near by is a privilege because any day I want Italian comfort food delivered, they never disappoint. This is my new favorite local pizza place. 🍕 ☺️🤌🏽

Pizza 🍕 Review: Passalinqua’s Pizzeria, Erie, PA Here at The Pizza Page we are always looking for “the one”, a ten out of ten. At the same time, I always remind my family that there is no actual ten, because that would conclude my search. Passalinqua’s is about as close to a ten as any pizzeria can get. In fact, we consider them tied for first place in all of Erie County. All of the ingredients are fresh and of the highest quality. The meats are sourced from Battistoni Italian Specialty Meats. While their cheese is procured from Gräńde ( their shredded cheese is a blend of mozzarella and provolone that tastes fantastic ). The philosophy at Passalinqua’s is simple, they want to create the best possible product utilizing the best ingredients, and at a fair price, and they’re doing just that. The kitchen staff a happy and polite, and the kitchen is clean and organized, perfect pizza harmony. We had an awesome server and enjoyed the company of one of the owners TJ, who clearly loves creating tasty Italian cuisine. Our samples included a 16” bacon and salami pie, a 12” white pizza sans the ricotta, and a 12” vodka sauce pizza with cup and char, and fresh homemade lemonade. For dessert we ordered the cannoli funnel cake. Every single item was cooked to perfection, and the flavors were perfect. This establishment is a home run. Period. Happy people making delicious food. Thank you to the staff for a beautiful meal. It was a pleasure,...

Food was(as in before today) excellent. Service is terrible. I put in an order online and was given a 45 min. Lead time. OK. Fine. I have no problem waiting for fresh, house made good food. I went to the store after 45 min. And waited at the counter for 3-4 min. Before someone even acknowledged me. She looked confused and went in the back for another 2-3 min. Came back and told me it would be another 15 min. OK. I'm reasonable. I can wait. In the meantime, 4-5 other customers came in and out and were promptly handed their orders seamlessly. 30 min. Later, I had to pretty much walk into the kitchen and ask what was going on. Only then was my order magically produced. Needless to say, it was cold and most likely had been sitting there for quite some time. We have eaten here multiple times over the last year since they opened and have been very pleased up until today, but the owner was present during those times. It seems this place can't operate properly without the owner present, which is sad. So, 3 stars for the food today. 1 for service. I don't want to say I won't return because the food quality(other than today) has been excellent. I guess I will just start calling in and asking if he's there. If so, I'll place my order. Otherwise,...
