I will admit, I was skeptical at first with the name “nutrition” in the title. But with all the rave reviews, we had to try it out. It absolutely lived up to the expectation and exceeded it.

We grabbed a cheesy waffle and a chocolate and peanut butter waffle. We also grabbed a coffee. The restaurant name suggests, these are all protein filled. I expected these to have a chalky taste as normally is when I try to make stuff with protein powder. This was the exact opposite. These were So soft and moist like a sponge cake. I was blown away at how good these waffles tasted, and the fact that they are incredibly healthy with good macro and micro nutrients. They do use sugar-free sauces on top to minimize the caloric intake.

Everything was top-notch and reasonably priced, so I will definitely be coming here again in the future, especially after a long day of hikes,...

Millcreek Nutrition is the BEST!!! Celeste and Cris always go above and beyond to make sure you have an amazing experience, they remember so many details about their customers it’s amazing! (I can’t even remember if I took out the garbage this morning and they remembered when my wedding day was when I had mentioned it a week prior!)

They’ve cultivated a feeling of home away from home. I can’t emphasize enough how genuinely kindhearted they are :)

Delicious tea!!! I had the Spa Day tea with probiotics added to it..✨ Super friendly staff! There were so many options, I appreciated that they took the time to explain their different shakes, meal replacements, teas, waffles, etc. They asked what taste I was goin for today, gave me some recommendations and offered to add some boosters.
