I try to only write good honest reviews, especially for establishments I frequent a couple times a day almost every day of the week, but tonight was it! I love beans and brews and visit all different locations all the time but this is my second favorite place to visit on the reg. I have only had a couple of my drinks made wrong at this location but as someone who is extremely allergic to milk and only ever asks for coconut milk, it's huge when it happens! I had to work late and decided to ask my boyfriend to pick up my normal coconut milk latte with coconut milk before he drove home (Coalville) which is almost 50 minutes away, only for us to discover they made my drink with cow milk, even after they verified it was made with coconut milk when he paid! I only had two sips before I realized it tasted weird and now I'm down! I had to immediately take a benadryl and am currently laying on the couch writing this! I called, and called, and called only for them to send me straight to voicemail each time. All I wanted was for them to remake my drink as I have to come down to the valley tomorrow or to give my boyfriend back his money! I'm extremely disappointed and most likely won't come back to this location again! Please take into consideration individuals when we tell you we want certain milks, or ask for your alternatives if you provide them as this could've been really bad! I get a lot of people think it's a joke, but it's not!
Update: I called this morning and spoke to Allie (hopefully this is how you spell her name) she was amazing and apologized left and right and is going to make me a new one as well as give me a $5 dollar gift card. She explained this isn't their standard and is going to train her night people more thoroughly. All I can say is thank you for really listening to me and understanding where I was coming...
Read moreI typically come one to two times on the weekends with my mom, sister & son. In recent months, I've noticed a major decline. The past month, the coffee tastes awful & flavorless (I've tried ordering different drinks, and it's still awful). The staff is never the same. I wasn't coming because the coffee tasted amazing (As it's been sub-par at best lately), but to sit down and have a nice spot to have coffee and catch up. It was a nice vibe and atmosphere. I loved the area, I like how I could see the tattoo shop where I got a tattoo for my son right across the way. Yesterday was the final straw for me.
We had paid and purchased our expensive, awful tasting drinks, and got cookies & sat down (The menu item my son always wants, is never available or out of stock, egg bites).
My son was showing his aunt "look what I'm capable of doing, I'm a superhero. " (Hes five.) After a few minutes of my son being happy and moving around a bit, we were approached by a employee. Apparently, my son cant really move. Has to sit perfectly still, at five years old, while being very well watched, and him being mindful of others (which were 2 other people on laptops). We decided to leave. Why would we stay when the coffee is over priced and awful tasting & the employees are rude and clearly not okay with children (even though they serve drinks for kids). Your employee truly upset 3 people and crushed a child. He cried on the ride home, feeling that it was his fault, while I had to reassure him it was the idiot person at the coffee shop. We will not be returning to any of your locations. We will take our business elsewhere. These employees seem to have embraced a 'Right to express how offended they are' at basic human behavior, but if you bring up that your latte tastes like water, they become horribly offended as if their world...
Read moreStanding at the counter for a few minutes. Watched one guy come in and couldn't get anyone's attention so he threw his cookie choice back in the display and walked out. There were 2 baristas, one was over zelously standing and the drive up paying no attention to only her last conversation. The second gal saw me and another customer while the driver up gal was doing her thing, this gal notified the other gal she was going to the back and picked up her tray and drink while all but running back to the rear of the store. After a couple minutes I said can I have some coffee here, the drive up barista just snuffed me, I asked the other barista for coffee and she just bit my head off and stated there were other choice places so I should go find another and hastily went back to the rear of the store. Still no coffee. Finally a couple minutes went past and a gentleman with a handicap can to the counter from the back and begrudgingly took my basic order for some French roast which he poured. My group spends at a minimum $150.00 per week at BnB's, here's the worst part, I asked if the French roast was fresh, be said the house was. My coffee was old, cold, truly a sad representation of the BnB's that I've come to for years. The owner of this location has a big staff and attitude problem which will hurt this location. This has ruined my mindset and made my purchase a truly sad and horrible experience.
I would never recommend this location to anyone ever again. ...
