US Storage Centers — Local services in Millcreek

I just laughed my way out of this ridiculous facility. I had a quote here and was about to get a unit here; but I watched them try to charge another paying patron to throw away a vacuum. I am so glad I watched them do that before I signed a lease. Showed their true colors as a company. There is another storage company literally across the street and another one about a block down the road; neither of those charge ridiculous fees for throwing things away. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend, take your business elsewhere.

Edit: Your (the company’s) response is hilariously wrong. And a funny attempt to try and cover your tracks. You obviously didn’t look into anything whatsoever since every single “fact” listed in your response is plain wrong. The person wasn’t moving out of their unit, they asked for my help to rearrange a few things in their unit. I agreed to help so I could check out the facilities to decide on if I wanted a unit there. While rearranging their unit, they decided they wanted to discard a single vacuum, and I watched your company attempt to charge them to discard that single small vacuum. It was hilarious, and again I laughed my way out of the office; happy to have been convinced not to get a unit here. As for your comment about the competition, you obviously do not know your competitors very well, because I am HAPPY to report that I ended up getting a unit at your competitors that are less than a mile away and low and behold they don’t charge any ridiculous dumpster fees. So to other customers, again, I recommend you avoid this joke...

I want to give a thumbs up to the Cubes Storage folks on 3300 S in Millcreek. I have rented a storage unit there for the last 2 1/2 years. It is very clean and secure. Its a 4 story facility with most of the units indoors with the benefit of a much more controlled climate environment. It takes your unique access code to get in, to use the elevator, and to exit the facility. State of the art locks for the storage units too. I much appreciated that you can drive right in to a totally covered area so out of the elements, with carts waiting for you to use to take your "stuff" to or from you unit. The units are well lit with lots of sizes to choose from. They also have a truck you can rent for a low hourly fee as well to help you with your bigger moves to/from storage. The staff has always been helpful and easy with which to work. If I need to rent a storage unit again in the area, I will go straight back to them. High...

When I first moved to Utah from Los Angeles, Cubes Self Storage was recommended to me by an acquaintance. Had a fantastic experience the first time, did not hesitate to use Cubes again! I knew the facility is secure and temperature controlled. I appreciated the covered loading/unloading area. No matter what the weather, I can easily move things in and out of the facility. Not to mention I feel safe alone in the late evenings as to enter the facility you must punch in a code at the gate. Once in the facility to gain access to any level in the elevator you must again punch in a code to your gain access to your unit and it will only transport you to your unit's floor.
