I needed a storage unit that would protect my valuables from the elements. I didn't want to go to one of those outside, shady, chain link fence types of storage places where you know the owner was going to screw you over in some way or another. Cubes self Storage- Brickyard was absolutely perfect. When you walk into the front lobby you feel as if you have entered the wrong building. You think to yourself "surely this is not a storage rental place." I was then greeted by a kind, personable gentleman, named Rick. Rick was quite knowledgeable and put every concern I had to rest. Which is a pretty big deal because I had some pretty tough questions for the man, and I actually was not intending to decide on a storage unit facility that day, but Rick was so kind and helpful and the units were amazing. He didn't try to up-sale me to get a bigger unit, he took the time to make sure I was getting the exact size unit needed. The staff there really cares about their customers, the security is phenomenal, and Cubes Self Storage really does seem like a solid good company. I would even recommend them to the type of friends you see in the grocery store, where you see them and quickly decide that you need to go down the preparationH isle, as not to be seen by them. ;) But in all seriousness, stop searching through all the other self storage places on google, and just pick Cubes! You will not regret it for a moment! Ask...

I stored my belongings at this cube storage facility for almost six years, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The units were always clean and well-maintained, and I never had a single issue with access. The fence, elevators, and security features were consistently reliable and in great working order. I truly never had to worry about my items; I always felt they were safe and secure.

But what really set this place apart was the exceptional customer service, especially Trent! He was incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely cared these past 6 years all the way to the end! Whether it was answering a quick question or going out of his way to assist, Trent always made the experience wonderful!

Cubes has been just what we needed - an immediate and convenient storage facility for a condominium we had to empty fast once it was sold, and a second facility that we needed, again immediately, to move furniture from an assisted living facilty. The staff (Mike and Rick) were courteous, great at introducing us to the facility, and have answered any questions right away. Just an overall good experience, and I would definitely recommend them. We live across the country so Cubes provides a home-away-from-home for elderly relatives' furniture as they progress from condominium to assisted living to hospice. The price seemed about in the middle, and the temperature control and security and cleanliness are at a high standard.
