Iv become a regular here because I go to one of the nearby colleges and Iâve realized that thereâs a 50-50 chance that youâll get either a really good service or awful service. Today I walked in and a lady walked past me muttering âIâm tired of this restarted shitâ I found it so crazy I asked one of the other customers if she was ok, I was shocked to see that she was actually a manager! Iâm not so judgy so I didnât think too much of it but then I go up to order and thereâs no greeting no smile no eye contact nothing. On top of that the customer after me ordered and then tried to ask a question just to have a âhold onâ figure pointed at her as the manager revealed she was on a phone call with family and wanted to respond to something. To make it worse I politely asked if I could get a door dash bag because I had a 20 min walk back to GMC and while she shook her head and said âmhmđâ I got my food in a normal bag that EVENTUALLY ended up tearing on my walk back which is exactly why I asked for a different bag.
In conclusion I got back to my barracks with cold smashed fries, a bag with a big hole, and less money than I think was necessary to spend. The managers service made my walk there seem pointless and made my day worse than it was before my journey to McDonaldâs. I donât usually leave bad reviews but i genuinely feel sad now.

   Read moreI McLoathe this chain, and would only go there when coming back from doctor's appointments and just too tired to cook. The service inside was ALWAYS horribly slow, I would have to check my order multiple times, and never went through the drive-through because SOMETHING was going to be wrong or overlooked. This location holds the dubious distinction of having the shake machine that was "broken" for the longest period of time-nine or ten months? I honestly think that they just put that sign up so that they wouldn't have to maintenance it. Also, I did not see the point of having all of these high-tech, touch screen, point of sale ordering kiosks where you could pay RIGHT there, grab your printed receipt, then STILL have to stand around for ten, fifteen minutes and wonder if your food was going to be right. I have not been inside of a McDonald's since returning home (for good) to New Orleans and plan to keep it that way. I now have finished my disgruntled McRant, and I can go back to pretending this global pusher of sodium and questionable protein permutations doesn't exist anymore...which I CAN do with my head held high in MY America. Clearly there needs to be some more training because who in their right mind sends ONLY 2 apple pie when the tickets reads 2 2 Pack of apple pies.. Itâs not 2 itâs 4 apple pies! I submitted 3 orders, thatâs 3 dang time to get it right and every. single. time! they sent only 2 apple pies. You can clearly see the price difference if i only order 1 apple pie vs a 2 pack. So someone is illiterate and needs to learn to read đ¤. SECONDLY, they always get orders wrong on DD and UberEats! And multiple times i have pulled up at the restaurant to get it fixed, wasting my gas, my time, my energy because yall half ssa put my stuff in the bag. UNACCEPTABLE!!!
