Visiting Milledgeville was a truly wonderful experience after stopping by here! Anslee and Kirsten were extremely informative, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout my visit. The friendliness these two ladies provided literally made me feel like I was at home and no longer a visitor in Milledgeville! Along with providing exceptional advice on things to do in the area, they referred us to a local restaurant that was out of this world! The Visitor Center is a very cool building… the store and lounging area is decorated nicely. Couches and chairs (& the A/C) are lovely! The photo of the toilet is in the Visitor Center restroom. We took the Central State Hospital tour - Kerri Brown was a tour guide & Bill Smith was our driver. Both did an exceptional job & it was apparent that they love doing this (I’m sure not for a living) because they love history. A must if you are visiting this quaint...

Took the Trolley tour of historic Milledgeville. The ride was comfortable. The guide was knowledgeable and friendly. The staff at the visitor center were great.
