Burnout Grill — Restaurant in Milliken

We recently moved to the area and had yet to try the Burnout... Needless to say we won’t be ordering again... First and Foremost their prices listed do no reflect the prices in restaurant. We ordered 2 orders of fried mushrooms, 3 orders of chicken fingers w/fries, 1 order of chicken fried steak with fries, and 1 order of philly cheese steak with fries... our total according to the site should have been $47.74 before taxes... my husband returned with a simple receipt that was not itemized at all that stated the amount that he paid, the amount was $82.16. That’s a $34.42 difference. All the fried items, chicken fingers, mushrooms, and fries were all frozen bagged items that had been tossed into a fryer, nothing was hand breaded as stated in the menu description. The mushrooms were mushy inside and hard on the outside, not very appetizing at all. Husbands chicken fried steak was ok but not worth what we paid for it. My philly cheese steak was ok but again not worth what we paid for it. We were hoping to find a place we’d enjoy close to home, but...

I give a 1 star because the only girl their tending the bar and the restaurant was nice. I went here because it's local and I like supporting local. But I also like being honest with my experiences, this place is super dirty there were flies everywhere and we had to move tables but we only had a few minutes before they followed us :( . There was also a dog running around under our feet.... A dog, in the restaurant, where they sell food! I agree with the other people to The floors are sticky as well as the tables! The food was okay I definitely had better at McDonald's and that's saying a lot for me because I hate McDonald's! My husband and I knew we should've left as soon as we saw the front door! I think they should revamp this place but I think they get business so they don't really mind. Not trying to say other people giving this place a 3,4, or 5 Stars are crazy but I don't think they have had a good decent meal in a while lol! Bar is good and friendly staff. That’s why I put two stars. I took off 3 stars because I go for the food. About a year ago their food was the best. I loved the hot wings and Parmesan fries but it has been going slowly down hill.. which is sad because I love to support smaller businesses in Milliken since I’m a resident here. I know they have changed an owner or added on another one since it’s kinda gone down hill. I hope they can bring it backup because this was one of my favorite places to eat or get Togo food. I ordered today for the first time since the virus happened and they re opened. The fries are totally different. Look like frozen Walmart bought fries. The wings looked the same and looked good but when I bit into them they tasted bad like soap and were rubbery and sauce wasn’t the same.
