Mill Haus Coffee — Restaurant in Milliken

I have been here twice now and their breakfast sandwiches are absolutely amazing. My husband and I love that they sell farm fresh eggs and locally made fire cider here as well! Coffee is the best in the area but I wish they would pay more attention to special orders. I don’t like my coffee very sweet - I tried a vanilla latte with half the vanilla and it still had 4 pumps of vanilla and was way too sweet for me. No big deal, I ordered the same drink again a few days later with only 2 pumps and it was just as sweet if not sweeter than last time, so it must not have gotten 2 pumps. This would be a 5 star review if I could just get my drinks less sweet. I don’t want to rule out their coffee just yet though, so I might try their iced coffee/cold brew to see if that is a better fit. We’ll definitely be back for...

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Mill Haus Coffee and LaNette the owner! They made the most beautiful and delicious cake for my daughter’s 4th birthday, and it truly exceeded all expectations. Every detail was perfect, from the stunning design to the incredible flavor. My daughter was absolutely thrilled, and our guests couldn’t stop raving about how amazing it looked and tasted.

The team was so kind, professional, and attentive to every request, making the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a bakery that puts love and artistry into their work, this is the place! We will definitely be back for future celebrations.

You can park right in front. Definitely a locals place. I stopped in for a cup of coffee and ended up with a cinnamon bun. So so good. They also had one with peaches. I believe this is something they do only on the weekend. Colorado is such a dog friendly state. There was huge doggie, maybe a lab. So cute and friendly. The other half of this place is an actual library where books can be checked out by the local patrons. They had egg sandwiches on the cinnamon buns. A bit different than the usual for those who like something different. This is close to the dispo if you are passing through like we did....
