Bagel Bistro — Restaurant in Millstone Township

Employees are rude… take orders as if they’re doing you a favor…young girl with a 222 tattoo on her arm was extremely rude… did not wear mask or gloves while making food and handling money and rubbing face in between. When I saw her cut a panini I asked her if that was mine as she was touching the sandwich without gloves. She completely ignored me so another employee answered me saying yes she should be wearing gloves and then asked if I would like my sandwich to be remade. I replied yes and and she then proceeded to put on gloves and remade my sandwich. I had been here two years prior when masks were first mandated and they still weren’t wearing them . When I asked about this, I was told by a young snippy girl that their boss says they don’t have to wear them. Pandemic or not… gloves are ALWAYS required by state public health guidelines. After witnessing unsanitary work habits on two occasions, I’ll opt not to go here anymore. I don’t care how good the food is sanitary conditions and cleanliness are far more important to me. I had a terrible experience here today. Ive known about this location as I drive by it often she second to try it. I have never been more dissatisfied with my service as well as the food.

I ended up waiting roughly 5 minutes to simply place my order. 2 others were waiting for their food and an associate was ringing people up when I walked in while everyone else was walking around.

When the associate was done ringing up a customer, instead of asking me for my order, she asked someone who had just walked in for theirs. I had to ask to place my order as I'd been waiting and now skipped. There wasn't even an apology.

Once I ordered, another individual did the bagels and completed then pretty quickly. I watched her complete them and put them on the counter. Instead of ringing my order up and having me pay, she left then on the counter. 7 minutes went by before she decided to tell the original associate who took my order that they were done and now cold.

After this experience I highly doubt I'll ever be back. I'll brave the Six Flags crowd at Wawa or go down to Dunkin and get...

I used to love this place. I just walked into bagel bistro this morning and honestly don’t even want to eat the food that was just made for me. I am a healthcare worker and we are now starting to see a rise again in more covid cases. There was a guy and girl behind the counter both not wearing masks or gloves. The only people that were, were the guys preparing the food and their masks weren’t even on properly. I’m sorry but I have to protect myself and my health. If you can’t make your business a safe and healthy place for me to eat I can’t get food from you anymore. Yeah you will say “oh whatever it’s just one customer” but word gets...
