The Frank's in Millvale is terrible. I haven't ordered there in a long time. Last time I did there was what "looked" like roach legs on the bottom of my hogie. Despite my stopping from ordering there, my brother continues to get their food on occasion. Funny part is every and I mean every single time he orders they forget something whether it is sauces or even 2-liters.... pathetic. My brother will always send them back for 2-liters.. but really whats the point? By time they return you either ate already or the food is cold from waiting from the return. If it's a extra sauce ranch or what ever he calls and complains but doesn't bother having them bring them back.... hell I would each sauce they "charge" you for saves them money and costs you. To sum it up... Dirty, infested, and rips you off by forgetting your crap EVERY TIME. I Love Frank's and LOVE the buffalo rolls... I still eat "Frank's" but I order from the Shaler or Troy Hill location...
Read moreYuck ! We ordered a bunch of appetizers and as an old restaurant employee i can tell theyre just dumping all the fried foods straight from the grease to the box. The fries were so greasy they were wet and soggy (garbage) cheese wedges had a nice mouthful of grease when u bite into it and then u could literally dump out the grease from the inside. And the mushrooms same deal. So mushy and greasy 40$ meal wasted. I mean if ur gonna charge $7 for literally 5 breaded mushrooms they can at least drain the grease. Just carelessly disgusting. And whose idea was it to put the ranch into glass bottle??? Did they realize the ranch is too thick and putting into glass made it literally non-functional so u gotta unscrew the cap and let a nice sized glob about 3x the amt that u actually need. Just another way to waste peoples money. Wont be spending another dime here. Thats...
Read moreI’ve lived in the area thirty years. Franks had always been a place I could count on for a quality pizza. Over the last several years the quality has fallen off so far that I’m disgusted even eating it these days as I remember how delicious it was when the father ran the business. Since the son has taken over the pizza makers have little to no ability to make a pizza without finger nails all through the crust. I can’t tell you how disgusting that is. The pepperoni pizzas look like a middle school child made it in foods class at this point. These aren’t real pizza makers at this point. The ingredients have also fallen off the sauce and cheese doesn’t taste the same. I’ve tried time after time over the last few yrs in hopes to get the pizza quality I enjoyed most of my life unfortunately I finally said enough is enough. ...
