B-Sides Vintage — Local services in Millvale

Another vintage IG page that I follow posted about this place. So I decided to look online and see what they had. Really great items. I ordered a sweatshirt, but what I received was not what I ordered. I emailed and got no response. I sent a message through the contact page on their website, no response. I finally commented on a photo on the IG page and was asked to DM them, which I did. I explained the situation with my order and all I got was “Oh I apologize. Must have been a mix up while packing. I’ll refund you” That was it. No solution like trying to see if there was anything similar. I responded back saying is the one that I ordered available? No response. 😂 Seems like it could be a nice shop, but that experience just turned me off from wanting to buy from there again.

RESPONSE TO YOUR COMMENT: Please don’t make me out to be the bad person here. I ordered a grey and black Nike sweater, and received a baby blue and dark blue Nike sweater. Those two items aren’t nearly identical at all. I have the photos of what I ordered and what I got in the mail. Also, if emails aren’t received or checked, why do customers have the option to contact via the website? Or why do you have your email address available at all? Taking accountability is nice when owning a small business. Shows professionalism, compassion and care and makes people want to come back even when mistakes are made….which happens some times. Def worth checking out for well curated selection of vintage clothing. Actual vintage era clothing, usually some collectible stuff, all of it nicely priced. At the time of this review covid is still a thing, and the owner is responsible and sensible about health and safety. Its a smaller store, but I think it does really well to keep variety and quality at a peak considering the size. Even when I am in and don't buy anything, I always see some sweet swag that I know someone else is really going...

I still have not sold anything here yet and there is no phone number there to get ahold of anyone so I guess I will bring a few items with me and hope someone is there to check out my items.
