The Finish Line Pub — Restaurant in Millville

Bad Experience!! We had a table of six which we all ordered food. How ever my friend was not ok with the chicken wings. He asked for BBQ and they came out hot BBQ being that their wings are pre seasoned. The waiter was great! She understood and removed the dish from the table asking if there was anything els he would like other then the wings. He said no and she apologized and returned to the kitchen with the wings. Someone back there was not happy and came out to confront him about why he didn’t like the wings. He explained as he did the first time to the waiter. The lady looked up shook her said and walked away. Only to be comforted yet again by another manager! Asking the same thing but this was was worst. She kept insisting but what’s wrong with them what’s wrong with them being hot , With a highly rude attitude. Completely unprofessional. If a customer ask for BBQ wings then they most likely aren’t a fan of anything HOT or Spicy…… unbelievably as me my self is walking to the bathroom I’m getting stared at up and down. I suggest you don’t complain about their food or you’ll get the same treatment. Horrible feeling when you’re having a good time with friends and family and It gets ruined by the unprofessionalism of the one person put in a position to resolve all matters ( The MANAGERS). Black flagged. This place has been a amazing spot to go for many years. 2020 unfortunately wasn't one of them. I understand off the bat that you are under financial limitations but cutting over half your staff especially during lunch hour is unacceptable. October we arrived her for lunch before the busy crowd arrived. We had our order ready to be placed almost as soon as we were seated. Unfortunately by the time our food arrived after they stated their were technical issues, we have 15 minutes to scarf it down before out next track session. That's fair I can understand tech issues. Fast forward to November where we observer the same frantic service with a short handed staff. Mind you they are trying their best but we missed one of track session because of this. All of our fries were cold and we had to get our meals to go. Get your staff back in order before you loose...

I had my wedding here at the Pub and it was AMAZING! We never eaten here before wedding night so it was a gamble but the food was a huge hit! I was not disappointed. The GM, Carolyn, was seriously my life saver. She helped out all night, picking up plates, getting drinks, etc. She wasnt afraid to get her hands dirty. The bartender/Director of Food and Beverage, Steve, was the BEST!! He was so funny and personable. Some of my guests were a little wild and he just rolled with the punches.
