I would give this zero stars if I could but I have to rate it something. This is the absolute worst Gino's in the tri-state area. We just moved up here from Huntington and we are use to ordering Gino's at least once a week so when we moved up here we thought we were going to get the same quality of food but no that's not the case. We ordered it the first time from the Gino's in hurricane and it was awful. We picked it up bc they wouldn't deliver to our house and when we picked it up it was cold and our order was wrong. Ok so we decided not to order from that one anymore. So the second time we ordered from the one in Milton, sadly this was worse than the one in hurricane. We ordered it delivery and it took an hour and 30 mins to get our food, when we finally did get it the toppings were completely wrong, we always order pepperoni, ham, bacon and when we got it the pizza had pepperoni, onion and mushrooms now how they got what I actually ordered and what I got on my pizza I have no idea bc they don't even sound the same. And as I'm sure you can imagine since it took so long to get our food by the time it got here it was so cold my kids wouldn't even eat it. So we wasted $30 on food we ended up feeding our dog. No I didn't call and complain bc when the guy dropped off our food he proceeded to tell me that he was the only one that showed up for work that day and he was cooking and delivering the food so I figured it would be no use to call and complain about anything and honestly I didn't want anymore food from that place. It was disgusting. My opinion is just save yourself the trouble and just order Giovanni's,...
Read more4 stars for good food and a (usually) quiet dining room. Ginos has the best pizza I've ever had and the prices are amazing.
The place needs updated on the inside (I know they're doing the outside right now, not sure about inside) badly. But it's not a big deal. Everything is always sticky... The tables, seats, sometimes the cups..
And the workers usually have bad attitudes. The last time we went, I brought my husband who had just moved to WV. I bragged on how great they are, and how I went there as a kid with my family every week. My mother asked for something small like extra napkins or something and the waitress literally threw them on the table from about a foot behind our table. She slammed the food and drinks on the table also when they came. Most of the workers just ignore you for the most part but this one was particularly rude.
It's still worth going to though, if you can handle waitresses with...
Read moreWe got two lasagnas and an antipasto around 5:30 tonight. They’re a busy location and that makes us want to eat there. They had run low on lasagna pasta and she was up front about that when I pulled around to pick up. I didn’t mind waiting a little longer, so I pulled around a waited a few more minutes. When I pulled back around, she told me it was on the house. I argued that she didn’t need to give us free food and that I understood how busy it is tonight. They’re busy and that’s good. She insisted, saying we had to wait longer than she’d wanted. Always fantastic food, always fantastic service. We’ve been going there for years and they’ve never gotten an order wrong. That’s really tough to find. We’ll...
