Big Sharks Fish and Chicken — Restaurant in Milwaukee

I just moved to the area and saw an add for this place and it looked interesting so I ordered for delivery off of their website. For part of my order, I picked a can of Sprite (because I am allergic to caffeine and the only options on the website are coke, Diet Coke, and Sprite) I got a Mountain Dew (which I cannot drink because it is loaded with caffeine.) The loaded baked potato came chopped up with dried out and brown chives sprinkled all over on top of dried out potatoes chunks covered in tasteless cheese. All the items that should have been cold were hot (like the can of not Sprite and the sour cream). Nothing had much flavor. When I called the store to ask questions (like what the brown sauce that came with the order was) the woman who picked up the phone answered one question (treating me like I was dumb for not knowing everything already) then I was told they were busy and I needed to come into the store in the morning if I had any more questions. Very rude to customers and I wasted my money on food that was inedible. Never ordering...

Chicken wings here are malnourished and extremely small. Must be the lowest quality. I ordered a large combo family meal. When I asked for catfish steaks as the fish, I was told that he could only give me 6 in steaks and the rest in perch. I thought that was strange but agreed because I’m not too picky. So the fish was decent and the chicken was terrible, literally no meat. The Italian beef sandwich’s meat was not a good flavor and the bread was greasy.

Oh yeah, did I mention my order came to $85! 12 pcs fish / 24 wings combo family meal ($50), an Italian beef combo ($10), side of fried okra ($6) and a side of coleslaw ($2) which they forgot at the store. There was a delivery charge too ($6). Should have come to $74 plus tax per their menu online. Maybe they think tax is $10?!?!?!? I’m pretty sure they rounded prices up or simply charged a different piece then what’s online.

Well, I could have better spent this money elsewhere....

Sharks is a hidden gem in the urban cityscape, offering a unique culinary experience that you wouldn't expect in this area. The food at Sharks is truly amazing, with a flavor profile that's hard to find anywhere else. The facility is spotless, and the staff is incredibly friendly and passionate about serving their community. The shrimp and fish were both fresh and tasty, with a nice crunch to them. The fries were also perfectly seasoned and served warm. I'm delighted to have such a fantastic fast-food restaurant located so close to where I live. It's wonderful to see a restaurant that takes such pride in their native cuisine, especially in Milwaukee. The staff was very patient with me, and they even have parking available, which is a big plus. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Sharks, and I can't wait to go...
