Poor customer service! The owner is a complete ass. He is very rude and demeaning to his customers and he likes to overcharge them. Here are some screenshots taken of the owner talking back to a customer as well as the owner creating a fake review and leaving it under a status. Many people have said that this owner gives horrible customer service and likes to curse out his customers. Let's start off with the lady over the phone try to insult you in a nice way by one I ordered a pork chop sandwich plain with fries she clearly repeated it to me and I repeated a secondary time I get there her customer service skills are not there at all I get a pork chop sandwich with tomatoes lettuce which made the meat soggy and on top of that they charged me $10 for two sandwiches ridiculous when all I wanted was a plain pork chop sandwich with bread and fries I just don't like the communication I don't like the consideration of not caring about someone's food or what they requested will not be returning there's always better service...

The phone lady is very rude, they hang up and play on the phone! Still tried to give them benefit of doubt because their hamburger was good. Their phone line always busy. Also called to check on order rude lady said not ready and they busy. I come pick up my order and they canceled it and said they had to recharge me for the burger that they canceled and didn't call me, 😒 seriously it's never that serious to have a bad experience from a 1 star restaurant in the hood!
