Quit arguing with your ego about always having ketchup and put it in the bag next time. I came with the person I always go out to eat with and you guys were out of ketchup. I asked if you guys had some this time and the rest of the employees experience was ruined between us because of his own attitude. I asked for extra ketchup and because dudes feelings were hurt that his business had no ketchup the last time we got punished. Lame overall experience ever single time we have came; and we always get the more expensive plates and try stuff out. We visited this restaurant on Saturday night 8/16/25. We came based on the reviews we saw on Facebook. The customer service was substandard. When we arrived home we noticed that our order was incomplete, and we were missing food items. We called the restaurant and asked for the manager, the person who took our order answered the phone, and stated "we're all kinda like managers." We explained the situation and disappointment regarding our orders, he was apologetic but unwilling to fully address our concern, and appeared dismissive. He did not offer to make it right. This place has HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! We they have thrived in the black community fo years and won't treat us like valuable customers. I bought a chicken Philly baked potato and the meat was rancid! Spoiled. Took it back and they wanted to keep a percentage cause I used a debit card REALLY! and never showed any kind of regret just attitude. My son ordered a baked potato and they gave him steak instead of chicken and was upset that he didn't keep it they don't deserve to thrive in this community I will never patronize them again.
