Placed an online order at 8:03pm to be ready by 8:23pm. Got to the store at 8:20. Waited...waited...waited..9:05pm still no food. Guy at the window printed my receipt handed it to me and said my fries would be ready in 2 minutes. Five minutes later he comes to the window to ask when did I place the order cause they can't find it. He then told me to come in because I was "holding up their line." Then told me that he couldn't make my order. I was confused by this comment as I had already paid for the food. Why can't you make an order that was already paid for? Requested a refund he told me I had to come in to get it. Finally another worker asked what the problem was. Explained the situation and she told me to pull up and my food would be out in 5 minutes. I finally got my food 15 minutes later. I thought the online ordering was supposed to be more convenient, NOT!! An hour and a half to get my order and the customer service...
Read moreSo I ordered online and received my order only to find that nothing was labeled, special instructions had been ignored and one sub was completely incorrect. 3 subs 1 turkey (white meat) and 2 ham (pink meat) I asked for extra mayo and grilled onions on the turkey and 1 ham and for the other ham no onions and no tomatoes. Again nothing labeled and instructions ignored and we received 3 ham subs. I guess I'm to blame for giving them them another chance as this happened once before within the last couple months. We are the adults working in these places because these kids can't read with comprehension nor listen when told verbally. I see businesses are going out of business. So today I have someone without lunch because a worker couldn't read with understanding or follow...
Read morePossibly the worst delivery experience I've ever had. Food came hot, at a decent time, but was completely wrong. Sandwiches were full of ingredients we specifically DID NOT order and excluded online. Called store to request the right food, was told to call back in ten minutes and hung up on. Called back ten minutes later and phone rang at least a dozen times before a rude individual snapped with "what do you want" Explained order was wrong, was put on hold for 12 minutes (I started timing at this point). Person who picked up demanded we return food to the store if we wanted it remade. The whole reason we ordered delivery was to not have to leave the house. Will be requesting a chargeback from credit card company if we are not refunded in full...
