So I ordered my pizza at 9p.m. I am on a trip in dallas and it seemed easy since it was the location on the key card in my hotel. They took my order, charged my card and said, "Okay that will be about 45 min." Well, 45 min later they called me and said that they no longer deliver to that location because the manager did not want them too. Since they already charged my card and did not tell me that at the time, I raised a fuss and spoke to the manager of the store along with the manager at my hotel (who said that they were lying,) The manager said that as long as the manager of the hotel was okay with it, they would deliver. So an hour and a half later the delivery driver called me and in the 2 minute conversation asked me the name of the hotel 5 times and the address 3 times. He hardly spoke English and sounded high as a kite. Another 45 min goes by and I call the domino's back. They said that the driver said that the person did not want it to which I started a fuss again. They said there was not much they could do as it was now midnight and the store was closed. They just refunded my money. This is the worse customer service EVER! You guys messed up and all you can say is "Ohh Well?" This store needs to be closed. It is not 12:33 I am hungry and am out 15 bucks that they claim will be back to me in a few days which I do not believe. I am calling corporate tomorrow and demanding compensation for the time I spent on this! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! The managers are liars, the drivers are drug addled morons, and no one here deserves to be in a customer...
Read moreI normally order from this Dominoes 1-2 a week. I placed a $30+ order, well done pizza. This time it was very undercooked (borderline raw). I tried calling same day about it about 7 times - phone rang nonstop 5-10 min intervals - no answer.
I finally got a hold of them the following day to speak with a manager. First call I spoke with an employee who said I would need to put the complaint in with a manager. Then I waited 30 mins.
I called back and got a hold of a female manager who refused to give me her name and was very rude even answering the phone as if I was bothering her. Told her about my complaint on the food. She then started speaking with other employees while I was on call, then told me to “wait a second” then proceeded to put me on hold for another 30 mins.
I have ordered here for years but I see that with the new management in place, they are just looking to fill roles and they don’t really respect the establishment at all. Will not be ordering from this dominos on Teutonia again.

Read moreI received my pizza order and it looked great but when I bit into it it was totally RAW inside. I called Domino’s on 69th & Teutonia 4 times. The 1st time when I FINALLY got a person on the phone she said she was transferring me to the Manager but left me on hold over 5 minutes. The 2nd call I never got a person on the phone. The 3rd time I finally got an answer so I told the guy they sent me a raw pizza & I’d like for them to replace it. He told me I would have to talk to the Manager but he (or she) wouldn’t be in for another 20 minutes. I called back at 12:30am & finally got someone on the phone (1/2 hour later) who told me the shift Manager still was not in & they couldn’t replace my order without the Manager’s approval. I gave them 1 star because NO STAR was not an option. I will never again order from them again & would not recommend this location to someone I didn’t like! STAY...
