Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Milwaukee

I order from this domino's frequently to where I earn $10 on next delivery order. I ordered and every single time my order was fresh and very hot like I enjoy it. Recently I received my order cold. This domino's location is in need of HELP! I called and reported the issue and the manager made me a whole new ticket order with the same products I got an hr before so he replaced the cold pizza and cold cheese bread with new ones. Im currently on the phone calling to let them know I ordered again and want to make sure my pizza isn't cold again along with my cheesy bread, wings, and funal cakes, and the employee answered but currently I'm hearing the OTHER PHONE RINGING OFF THE HOOK, THAT THEY DIDN'T EVEN SAY ,"Hello, one moment please.." no! I hear the other phone ringing, and nobody has come to say "hello" yet. This most definitely isn't good customer service! I've spent over 50.00 bucks here, plus I ALWAYS give an EXCELLENT CASH TIP! This is very VERY UNEXCEPTABLE. I need the OWNER themselves to call me, and explain why this is happening. My phone number is listed on my order ticket dam it!

I ordered again from the same 14th st foresthome domino's and Again it came to me cold. It's not the delivery driver's fault, it's MANAGEMENT'S Fault. I dealt with the Same manager tonight on the same situation and she told me they only have 5 driver's from Monday thru Sunday and I told her shut the store down if they can't operate it by getting orders out in a timely matter FRESH AND HOT like the commercials say. She in return says to me if I know anybody who's looking for a job, they're hiring ASAP....I said Wooowww.. if my pizza comes to me cold again I'll just go Into the store for a FREE HOT PIZZA the next time I want to order because I actually do like domino's pizza when it is fresh and hot it's fire legit! I'm very disappointed to be getting another Cold pizza. I always tip my driver who delivers to me Very VERY Well, after all like I said it isn't their fault. Anyway I called a different store and one of the workers from that store told me foresthome location is super under staffed and he gave me the GM'S phone number to call, so I will do that to hear what they have to say about one of their stores operations and how they plan to FIX THAT I've always gotten hot fresh Pizzas from here in the past but lately for the past 3 months have been super Dusty...

Granted when the delivery driver came and he couldn't get ahold of me, but instead of just saying we'll bring the food back he seemed argumentative. Dude just say "It's ok, the food will be back on its way." I was about to call the store, when they called me and it sounded like they were miscommunicating also, but they sent the food back. I should've just canceled the order because when we got it, it looked like someone just threw the pizza around. One of the slices looked like someone stabbed it on purpose and made a dent in it and some slices were tipped over. We should have called the store and made a new order, you say? Nah. We're good. this is like the 4th time we have had a problem with this location. The quality of food and customer service has really lacked at this location and we're over it. Hope you guys can get it together. I wish losing one customer would have a motivational effect but lets be honest our voice won't be heard and it will probably be a joke for the day. I called and ordered a pizza for delivery they refused to get out of their vehicle to deliver to my door even tho I’m paying almost $4 for delivery. So instead of knocking on my door they called and because I was receiving another call at the same time it went to voicemail and they drove off refusing to deliver because the call was sent to voicemail. Never knocked on my door at all. What am I paying for delivery for u to call and tell me the pizza is outside. So when I called to talk to a manager the manager refused to talk to me they hung up and placed me on hold for a long period of time after calling 5 times the manager came to the phone and was rude and unprofessional raising her voice at me and refused to deliver my order stating that my street was too dark and they already came and sat in their car.
