JJ Fish & Chicken — Restaurant in Milwaukee

The food was hot and prepared to order. I asked for extra lemon pepper though and my goodness! They added soo much that I couldn't even eat the fries, nor certain parts of the chicken😩. I'm like were you being funny or do people actually want that much seasoning on their food....ridiculous! And I paid with a credit card and I know that the city of Milwaukee sales tax has increased yet it's not over 10%, so I'm wondering why my total was so high and if they charge extra to use a credit card, they should mention...

J & Js seems to be concerned only about making money and not too much about customers and customer service the pictures of the bathroom show the cleanliness of the business. This is where the employees and customers wash their hands. Note there was no working soap dispenser there was no towel to dry your hands and the handle for the hot water was gone, not to mention the bathroom was very nasty. This is a no-frills establishment that serves hot fresh fried chicken, catfish and shrimp. Sides of coleslaw and great seasoned fries. Various pre-, wrapped desserts, and beverages are also available. I always order a 2pc catfish filet dinner. It has a generous portion of fish and fries, with various condiments. $10, well worth it.
