The taller puertorican lady on the night shift on the night of 3/11/2019 has made me have my worst experience there ever. I order a Large iced vanilla coffee. When i got my order it wasnt a large. So I told the lady that it wasnt the right size(nicely and without attitude). She told me it was a large and gave it back. When I insisted that it really wasnt the right size, mind u, I get these every morning...I know what a large is...also in a very nice and polite way..she finally realized I was right and grabbed the coffee and once she closed the sliding window she slammed the coffee onto the table and started cussing(assuming it was about me) when I received the coffee she was in the worst mood ever like as if I did something wrong to her. And she also muttered something under her breath as I received my coffee. I was shocked by this employees actions and attitude...I mean I would understand if I gave her an attitude as well then hey.. ok.. yea.. I get it.. no problem..be all the mad you need to be.. but I wasnt...not for a second. Very unprofessional. Employees should already know to keep their composure in front of customers no... matter the situatuon( well almost any situation). Thumbs...
Read moreThere’s 1 very rude worker that’s on the night shift. She’s a short (I believe) Mexican or other kinda hispanic woman wearing a light blue sweater/jacket. All the other workers were great. But when I pulled up to the window she just starred at me without saying anything until I finally said something like "hello? I have a doordash pickup" she CONTINUED TO NOT SAY A WORD. She just made a gesture with her hand like she was waiting for ME to say something.. I said "what? Do you want me to say the order number again?" Which I would’ve been fine with doing. But she just ROLLED HER EYES at me and just handed me a bag STILL without saying a word and closed the window and walked away. Although I still needed to receive the other order I had mentioned earlier as well. Another worker (hispanic young man) ended up giving me the rest of my order and apologized for her lack of customer service. If she doesn’t speak English that’s fine but get her away from customers if she’s gona act like that. This happened...
Read moreThey never get our order right. When I asked for the owner all the employees said they were the owner and then laughed like they thought they were funny. It's a widely known fact on the Southside that the owner is a drug dealer and used drug money to buy this McDonalds. That's why Burgerking across the street refused to sell to him. We pay extra for things and never get it. I worked for corporate at Mayfair mall and the solid gold McDonalds on 76th this is totally unacceptable by corporate standards. I know the managers name is Maria Rodriguez. This McDonalds should be ashamed of itself. Your not carrying the corporate image at all. This owner doesn't deserve this Franchise and I'm begging Corporate to take it from them before they tarnish their image any more. Also there should be bilingual employees on first and second shift, but they reserve their bilingual employees for first shift. Done with McDonalds, never going back. I'd rather sit in the McDonalds on 6th and oklahoma they treat...
