Very good service and food prices. Serving sizes are good, I had the Irish dip, thick tasty cuts of meat. Several side selections, I find them good, but not great. Shuttle service to and from the Brewers game excellent - drivers solicit tips so have chang with you. Most servers have worked there for a while and do a nice job. Baked potato is a better side, can be ordered with cheese and real bacon on the side . My wife loves the grilled cheese sandwich. Update: I had the meatloaf dinner in a recent visit. The meatloaf was a B+ for taste, “A” for serving size, garlic toast was exceptional. potatoes and gravy also a “B” on taste, “A” for serving size. Service was great. Also used the complimentary shuttle which overall does a nice job, could use a bit more capacity.

Very good food at reasonable prices. Staff polite and appropriately attentive. We had the Reuben Rolls, which are to die for, and the Breaded Chicken Wings. Very good. I actually went back the next day to purchase the same meal. I was a little disappointed that the chicken wings were 25 cents higher each the next day. It may have been because I did take out, but there was also an additional 30 cent take out charge for each item. The .30 charge is detailed on the website so I expected that. I didn't see a reason on the website or the menu for the 25 increase on each chicken wing. Other than that I was satisfied.

It was our first meal after flying all day. We ordered the hot garlic wings (extra crispy), French fries and a side salad. As far as flavor, the wing sauce was unique and tasty. The hot sauce had a sweet tang to it but had the kick from the red peppers. The fries were so crispy and the croutons for the salad was great. As far as “best wings ever”- not so much. The wings weren’t crispy and we asked for all flats, which they couldn’t do. But they gave us more drums than flats which was disappointing. Other than that, not a bad experience. The server was nice and friendly.

Our group of five looked forward to visiting McGinns on St. Patrick’s day. We knew it would be busy and that there would be a wait, but it was early evening on a weekday so hoped it wouldn’t be too bad. Upon arrival we saw the bar and dining tables were full, but no one else was standing and waiting, so we looked for an employee or hostess station to politely inquire if it was self-seating. The server that had been trying to avoid eye contact with us gave me a short “yup” and moved along. Her lack of respect not only made us feel very unwelcome and caused our group to leave immediately, but ensured that none of us will return. I worked at two nearby bars on Bluemound for years. It’s really not very difficult to be busy and not be rude to customers trying to support a local business.

Update after response: I appreciate how progressive you are. I hope you and your male-identifying hostess stand have...

I revised my review after my experience today February 26th 2020... 2 people in our party of 6 had their meals served AND they finished their meals before the rest of us got our food... 20 minutes after they finish their meals, two more meals showed up. 10 minutes after that the last two in our party received their food. There is nothing worse than four hungry people staring at the other two people in our party who receive their meals while the rest of us waited and watched.. Four of the people in our party ordered the blue plate meatloaf. The meatloaf was dried out and hard in areas as if it was microwaved. And all of our mashed potatoes were cold. Incredibly disappointing!! Inexcusable for any...
