I have really mixed feelings about this restaurant. If I was rating food alone, I would have no complaints because the food was delicious and it was the star of the night. Why did I take stars away? #1- how do you run out of white rice and why did you take so long to say so? 3 out of the 4 of us already had our food by the time we were told. #2- Timing- it was 4 guests and we each got our food at different times. When my daughter got her food, everyone else was done. #3- I ordered the snapper. It came with no lemon. Usually when you order seafood, lemons are included. I asked for lemon and they had the nerve to charge me $1.25 for it. Lastly, the horchata is not very good. Way too sweet and too much cinnamon. I barely drank it.

We must have gone on an off night, and I'll change my review after a second try. Food was mediocre, and did not make up for the lackluster experience. They had the fire alarm battery warning beeping loudly the entire time and nobody cared to have it fixed. The Meat was dry and part of our food was obviously just reheated and not made fresh. They did have a nice dish presentation and the decorations were a pleasant rugged and you could learn about the history of Puerto Rico while dining. They were fairly quick in their service until the end, where we were not made aware we had to go to the front to get the check. When we said water was fine to drink starting out, we were given bottled water, and they didn't mention they were charging us $2 for each bottle. For my husbands 50th Birthday we had a large event for 50 people. Sabor Divino catered our food for a reasonable price and so much food. I ordered Arroz con gandules, pernil, pollo, mollejitas en escabeche, frituras and potatoes salad. When we got our food everything went smooth, no missing items and everything was fresh. They owner and employees are very professional, courteous and friendly. Food was delicious! Everyone loved it! Thank you Sabor Divino for the great food and service!
