Wendy's — Restaurant in Milwaukee

Worst customer service ever. Waited nearly 30 minutes for my doordash delivery at the drive thru. By the time I got to the window, most of the employees were horse playing right in front of me while still waiting to be served. I had to knocked on the window because just to get someone's attention. The guy at the window got upset and started mouthing off at me just because I trying to get their attention. Also, the guy at the window snatch my doordash payment card from me. He handed me the food, didn't say "thank you", "have a nice day" or nothing at all except complain to his coworkers about me knocking on the drive thru window. I will never do business with them and I hope that whoever reads this review know that service is extremely unprofessional and I don't want anyone to encounter the same or similar experience as I have. I'm really disappointed with this restaurant and I want to warn others about it. I had a terrible experience working at Wendy's years ago, and unfortunately, things haven't changed. It seems like they mostly hire lazy, rude, and unprofessional teenagers to work for them. Every time I order something for my kids, there are always excuses. For example, last night they claimed "they accidentally gave the order to someone else." Another time, when I walked in with my children to order something, one of the crew members said, "If she eats enough of this food, she could be as big as Mars." I ordered a larger order and because of that and the fact that they were busy I tipped the girl at the register. After waiting 10 minutes (not a big deal, they were busy and everyone was moving fast) my name was called. Only 3 of my 7 sandwiches were in the bag and only one fry. The girl (who I had tipped) gave me an attitude when I asked for the rest of my food. I even apologized for "being difficult". She wouldn't believe that there was only one fry, and I had to show her. She actually looked around the bag like I had put it in my purse or something. If I can afford to tip you, I can afford fries. I won't be back but because they are so busy I know they won't miss...
