Delicious and fast meal with very generous portions! We dined at about 6 pm on a Saturday and the dining room was fairly full, yet food for our group of 9 came out very quick and all of the food was so fresh tasting and flavorful. I had the poblano relleno, which was stuffed with shredded chicken breast and covered in a delicious red sauce. I loved it! We were pleasantly surprised. There were 8 of us and they had tables for 8 available without waiting to be set up. The service was exceptional - fast and courteous. The food and drinks came out almost immediately. As such, I wasn’t expecting much in the food department but everyone was pleased with their dishes. Off the beaten path, passing through Nebraska. Stopped in the town of Minden looking for lunch. El Agave Mexican restaurant did not disappoint. Service was quick and efficient.
