L and L Deli & Liquor Store — Restaurant in Mine Hill

So I just ate lunch and went to this liquor store to play the lottery and never realized it was also a deli. I was surprised how good the hot food section looked especially the chili. I had to comeback when I was hungry and they didn’t disappoint. I just got the chili which was spot on. While I was there Scott gave me a slice of store baked roast beef and turkey. I’m craving these now lol. Scott and the woman behind the counter are super friendly and make you feel like home. I got a old deli feeling which is very comforting. I recently had a small get together at my house and having a pretty demanding schedule I was a bit stressed. I decided to support a local business close to my home. Scott and Annette from L&L Deli made my stress disappear! From the first conversation to the last minute additions (because you always think you are going to need more food, BIG MISTAKE!!) I felt at ease. The food was fantastic, the presentation they sent me off with was perfect. The follow up call the next day was just the icing on the cake! Kudos to L&L. Deli. Was lucky enough to come across L&L on a drive to the Poconos and now return every time I am in the area. Its an old school deli, and the sandwiches are made with love. The owners gave me and my friends some delicious rice pudding to have while we waited for our sandwiches to be made fresh - slicing all of the meat on the spot and stacking it high on our rolls. Top it off with some homemade pickles and you wont be sorry. Highly recommend stopping in for the delicious food and the kindhearted...
