LOCOMBIA Restaurant and Bakery — Restaurant in Mine Hill

This has probably been my tenth visit or so to this location and they certainly lack consistency. Just last week they misplaced my takeout order and gave it to the wrong person and just today I was served a raw burger. As a bakery they seem to be pretty consistent they probably have some of the best chicken empanadas in the area and they feel almost homemade. Not so much with their beef empanadas is mostly potato. I did not receive an apology or credit for the raw burger which was disappointing I told our server those things happen but it's how it's handled that makes all the difference. I have tried their stuffed arepas and they are also quite good. I just wish they were more consistent with their food. I also needed a charger for my laptop so I could get some work done while I had lunch but the plugs on the wall don't work. Today, @BigDudesBigFoods stopped at another local, small business, @LoCombiaNJ , a Colombian Restaurant and Bakery on Rt. 46 in #MineHillNJ We started with a guava stuffed puff pastry followed by a Cuban hotdog and a Ranche Hotdog 🌭. We also threw in a pork crackling and rice and beans. Awesome little Colombian bakery/ Restaurant. I was in the area and just wanted a quick bite for breakfast so I ran in and grabbed a Pan De Queso and a Palito De Queso & Guayaba and they were both so delicious. I love anything with Guava and I wish I got 2 or 3. It also looked like they have full dishes and empanadas and other authentic baked goods.
