Burger King — Restaurant in Miner

I don't know how they are allowed to stay open and serve customers. The place is FILTHY, Floors are So Greasy you can't keep your feet together, tables are dirty from prior customers. Trash overflowing. Four employees on this shift and orders take over 15-20 minutes to receive. Pop/Ice machine dispenser is Disgusting! Two of the young boy employees stood in the back just talking and laughing acting like they were in school on lunch break looking at the order screen yet continuing to have social time, instead of making sandwiches and getting orders out, than when there was 6+ orders on the screen they debated with each other on whom was going to make a sandwich. One boy was running drive-thru and counter, plus taking orders finished out to multiple vehicles waiting in the parking lot (trying to be productive.) One lady was refusing to do anything else but cook and kept touching her face, nose and scratching her head and not once did any of them wash their hands or use gloves. Chicken nuggets were undercooked, fries half cooked still cold in middle, fish sandwich was a Greasy mess and had mayo not tartar sauce, whoppers were not good either. Very Unsatisfied, instead of addressing to fix issues, I took the loss as it already took 20 minutes to get served ordered food and went somewhere else, not worth waiting for more screw-ups. I ordered 2 whopper jr meals today, the girl at the register didn’t greet me or smile, just looked mad at the world. When she rang up my meal I thought it looked funny so I asked her “is that 2 whopper jr meals” she grunted something at me and then another girl came looked over her shoulder and gave me one cup. I told her I ordered 2 meals and she started talking like I was wrong and the cashier asked her what to do about it, then she tried to ring up an additional fries and drink and I said no, I ordered 2 meals, I asked if it was two meals before I paid. Then one girl said I’ll have to call mark. Then the other girls said just give them the cup and fries. Very hateful girls. I will never go back to this Burger King. I over paid and then they tried to charge more and they were hateful to me because they messed up. You need better employees that actually care. I got to BK at 10:07 a.m. to purchase breakfast. I got to the window and there was no breakfast menu. When I asked where the menu was, I was treated as though I bothered them. After being short with me, I ordered breakfast and asked for 3 sugars and creamer for my coffee. I ordered the French toast stix meal as they were out of biscuits for the breakfast platter and wouldn't substitute anything. I pull to the window. Was handed my coffee and asked to pull forward. About 3 minutes later she brought my food out. I went to get sugar and creamer out for coffee, none in the bag, syrup, none, ketchup for hashbrowns. ...none. I only live 2 minutes from this store. The hashbrowns were cold. The others were warm. Overall, way to go on making a customer feel as though they were a bother and obviously not listening to...
