I absolutely loved the burger, I had it on an onion roll, well done. However, when I ordered fries, they said hand cut, and I watched the owner go to the back and grab frozen fries. Whether or not they're hand cut now is irrelevant to the fact of what I was served after I thought they'd be hand cut. Tried having conversations with the owner, but she was very quiet and unpleasant. I then posted a review on Facebook which she replied that I was never in there and I'm making all of this up, mind you the gentleman next to me who was asking if they had a menu remembered me in there. Maybe we came on a bad day! The staff was awful, didn’t know how to run the register. We ordered bacon cheese burgers that came with no bacon and were frozen and subpar. We ordered wings that had no flavor and were “gummy”! Asked for napkins and the staff told us to get paper towels out of a nasty bathroom. Not to mention the bill was over $50 for 2 people.
