Yocko's — Restaurant in Minersville

I placed a pick up order and was notified via text that it was ready for pickup. When I arrived I was rudely ignored by 3 staff members. None of them acknowledged my presence in the establishment. 3 other patrons walked in and were treated immediately. They were seated despite not having a reservation. They continued to ignore my presence and walk back into the kitchen. A woman who appeared to be the "manager" continued to use kiosk as well and ignore me. I then approached her and said excuse me 4 times. On the fourth time she then addressed me in a tone that seemed as though I was bothering her. I told her I was there for a pickup order. It would be another 5 minutes before she let me know my order would be out shortly. In that time a second group of two came in and were addressed right away and seated. We initially came to Yocko’s because of the accolades they’ve received online. When we arrived, the atmosphere was that of a small-town scratch kitchen restaurant. However, after receiving our food, we were absolutely floored.

Atmosphere: 4/5 Clearly a family-run establishment. It could use some updating, but overall it was inviting.

Service: 5/5 Our server, Brooke, was wonderful. The owners are a lovely young couple who live right there in Minersville.

Food: 5.5/5 We started with the nachos, which were incredibly fresh and light. Our main courses were the filet and the Oscar. The presentation was spectacular, but the food was nothing short of stunning. Their steak and filet were on par with some Michelin-starred restaurants!

Second time eating here with the family. Took over 30 minutes to get appetizers one of which was salsa and chips. Took over an hour for the food. I got the steak burrito which had maybe 4 bites of steak the rest was lettuce and a few beans. Wife got steak and chicken fajitas which had basically no flavor. Son got a chicken quesadilla which also had basically no flavor. My daughter was the only one with a decent plate witch was a burger. I've eaten here in the past on my own and the food was amazing but the last two times was very disappointing. I dont know that I will come back after this.
