Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Minnetonka

I recently used Domino’s curbside pickup for the first time, and I was really impressed with how easy and efficient the process was. Ordering through the app was a breeze, and I appreciated the option to customize my pizza exactly how I wanted it. Once I placed my order, I received updates on the status of my pizza, which was great for tracking when it would be ready.

When I arrived at the store, I parked in one of the designated curbside pickup spots and tapped the "I’m Here" button in the app. Within minutes, an employee came out with my order. They were friendly, wearing a mask, and made sure I got everything I needed. The contactless service was smooth and convenient.

As for the food, the pizza was hot and fresh, exactly how I expected. Domino’s never disappoints when it comes to quality and flavor. I was hesitant to leave a bad review as I assumed my issue was an anomaly, but it has now occurred the last two times I’ve ordered. Whoever makes the pizzas at this location either doesn’t know the difference between left and right, or doesn’t care. I have young kids, and they’re picky, so I always order half pizza cheese and the other half with toppings, the last time I did this it was a combination of the toppings scattered throughout the pizza, I ignored it and moved on. I just received another pizza a few weeks later, this time all the toppings were on the entire pizza. I have now been on hold for over minutes and counting while I write this thing to address the issue, no answer. The pizza itself happens to be delicious, but that doesn’t help me with two kids that refuse to eat toppings and are quite skeptical when they see hand prints and cheese gaps where I tried to peel the toppings off. I wish I can put ZERO star. Called in today to order 3 large pizza for delivery, 2 cheese pizza and 1 veggie for my daughter’s birthday. When I finished placing the order, the gentleman on the phone gave me the price which was $48 and some cents. I asked him how much each pizza is? He answered: “Cheese is $10 something and veggie is $13 something”. Sorry, my bad I forgot how many cents exactly. Anyhow, I responded immediately that this won’t make the price $48!!! He was like “Oh, let me see if I combine them”. After a while over the phone he said “your price is $38”. No apology, nothing!!!. I was like ok. And gave him credit card number and hung up as I was in a hurry. Later after the party was done, I went to dominos website to find out that the prices was much lower that what he gave me.
