Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Minot

I stopped by this Dairy Queen as I was craving a cone during one of the last few nice days we had. I literally sat, waiting at the speaker/Mic for someone to take my order for well over 5 minutes. When someone finally came on the speaker asking me if she could take my order, and sorry about my wait. She scared me because she was screaming into the speaker. I gave her my order, only to hear can you repeat that 2 times more. Finally after completing that phase I was sent to the window. Another person all together was taking my money. My cone and my pretzel to me promptly after that. The cone was spot on, delicious, the right consistency (5 Stars for the Cone). However the three pretzel sticks that I received for the $2 special were greasy (I am guessing being buttered down then dipped in the few pieces of salt that stuck to the pretzel coming out when they microwaved them.) (2 Stars for the greasy Pretzel.) Just left there with my kids, got two blizzards for them, and a chilli dog for myself. I never leave poor reviews but this was just plain horrible. Instead of just serving food through the window like normal, they made us pull around the back side and wait. One girl brought the wrong food to the wrong vehicle twice, the second of which was mine. By the time we got it, the blizzards were watery. There were no forks in the bag so I drove home to eat my chilli dog. Opened that up to a complete disaster. I only live 5 min away, but the chilli and cheese has complete soaked through the box and left it coming apart. They obviously microwaved it all in the box, as some cheese was burnt to the bottom. The bud was hard and it was not even edible. Worst service I have ever recieved from a DQ. It was not even busy! Ill gladly wait in line at the North Hill location next time, never giving this place any more...

Dairy Queen on 1924 4th Ave NW are so rude. POOR MANAGEMENT!

My husband and I were doordashing and waited there for quite awhile. No one asked us if we needed help. We saw our order sitting on the counter and when my husband went to check the name on the receipt, the employee snatched it out of his hands and said " don't grab that, it's not ready yet" " well b** , he was just checking to see if that was the right order. You could have asked us if we needed help but not one single employee had the decency to do so and there were many of you working and looking right at us. also the mManger must be a teen herself as she didn't seem to care that her employees were rude and snatching food out of people's hands.
