First review ever, here goes. Management could use some customer service training. We purchased an annual membership in August of 2024 after new owners took over. We were given a card by young kid with date purchased and a description that said “annual membership”. Arrived today and was unable to use the previously purchased membership. The gentleman helping me was very polite and tried looking in their system for my prior purchase. The manager behind him kept chirping about how they no longer accept high air ground gift cards. The kid helping and myself explained to this individual that this ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP was purchased after the ownership change. The kid helping was unable to find us in the system, so I bought another annual membership ( made sure to keep the receipt this time). I then ask for a 30 minute bracelet or stamp even though I am paying for the hour. The kid helping understood they I did not want to stay here for the full hour that we are paying for and just wanted my kids color to be called sooner. The “manager” gets sideways and begins to explain to me how they provide 1 hour and 2 hour intervals. The kid helping tells me he can give me the next color to be called no problem.
Had this manager just minded his own business and left the clearly competent kid helping to do his job. Instead he chose to chime in on a conversations he clearly knew nothing about and be rude for absolutely no reason.
I am paying for the whole hour, and asking for a stamp for 30 minutes. So you’re clearly getting a deal off of me. Had it not been for the kid helping me and his excellent customer service we would’ve left and would not have been back. Not that our business matters all that much, but if he was jerk to me after I willingly ate the 150-200 previously spent without complaining one bit then I’m sure he’s been a jerk to others and that cannot be good...
Read moreThis used to be one of our favorite places, and even hosted my daughter’s bday here a couple of times. We got gift certificates for Christmas, and have steadily been using them as we only have a single child and it only cost us $12-$13 bucks a jump. Went there 07/07/2024 and they told me my ~$59 and some odd cents gift card was now void and is deemed “one time use” due to new ownership. They told me to come back with more kids and I told them I only have one child ??? I have another $25 gift card that can only be used once now. Very, very poor business practice and basically took money from my family, as I could not have my gift card back and they took it to dispose of. I also just bought my friends a $40 dollar gift card last month. Absolutely ridiculous. They now only allow 1 hour jumps— we used 30 minutes often because my 5 year old’s attention span dies out quickly. We were there last 3 weeks ago and there was no mention of “hurry up and use your gift cards!” But supposedly there was new ownership last week?? Makes me so upset and sad. Probably will not return. Read moreWe had a school come in and the attendant was rude, disrespectful, and demeaning to all our children, as parents and guardians it’s disheartening to know their are still people in this community, who lack the skills and professionalism towards the public. We have been to several parties prior to this incident and never had a problem, most of our server were college age and always professional. All waivers were pre-signed with upper management. But she refused to look and refused to let the guardians sign after she took other children with no children present and sign waivers. So disgraceful ND still had to deal with this attitude. We were told she screamed at adults and kids. Said you people have to leave. I don’t know if they have their own cameras but we had ours. She even refused to look and confirm the preregistration, I won’t have family patron a place that treats adults and children in that manner.
