I had a REALLY bad and scary experience today at this location. I dined in today with my son and friend. We ordered our food and received the food about 20-25 minutes later. Everyone was enjoying their meals, until I realized there was a PIECE OF GLASS in my omelette! I felt something hard in my mouth, spit it out, and that’s when I realized! Not only did I freak out about my food, I started freaking out because my one-year-old son had finished all of his food, and I didn’t know if any glass was digested. I immediately informed my waitress about it and showed her the piece of glass. She also began to freak out! She even said “I have goosebumps! I can’t believe this! I’m going to get my manager.” She went and got her manager, by the name of Brenda. Brenda seemed kind of nonchalant and calm about the situation. She held her hand out and asked if she could see the piece of glass. I gave it to her and she walked away. I assumed she went to the back where the cooks were, but I don’t know. She returned and offered to make a new omelette and removed the meals from my ticket. Everything happened so fast, I didn’t get a chance to take a picture. I always see bizarre things like this on movies, but I have never experienced anything like this in real life. Also, as a manager, I expected much more sympathy and a better solution: like trying to figure out how in the world did the glass get there in the first place! Read moreI enjoyed my food that for sure. Issue I had was getting there on a late night at 11:32pm and was seated by the manager. With 2 waitresses on duty I waited to be served till 11:51pm. Finally the waiter took my order as I ordered a drink and appetizer and behold at 12:23am my appetizer made it to my table before my beverage. My cheesestix good until the maranara sauce was cold as if it just came out.of the fridge. I stopped my waitress to get me hot maranara sauce and I waited 10 minutes to get the sauce. Finally my me and my friend order was taken at 1:03am and again the food came to the table before the drinks again at 1:45am. We both ordered steaks and our sauce got to the table at 2am in which clocks went foward that night which made it 3am. So now at 3:36am we are waiting for our bill and drinks never refilled and no waitress checking in on the table at this point I am looking at the time 4:11am and brings our bill at 4:11am and she charges my card and brings me back the copy I need to sign. I never received the bill to make sure I am paying for my right food and it csme out to $44.00 we then ask for to go containers and we received no bag to lave it in and then all the waiter could say was sign my receipt and leave it on the table but where is my copy to see what I ordered and more. So I ended up putting a $5.00 tip but I removed off the sheet. The manager seemed sluggish and no authority. Worst experience I have ever had at Ihop. Read moreThis is the 2nd time I did a online order at this Ihop location. I still had to wait 20 to 35minutes for my order. When I walked in I said hello, There was no hello , hi back. I give the hostess my name that was on my online order. The hostess walked away then came back 3 minutes later. To help the people that was waiting to sit down to eat. I asked the hostess again about my online order. This time she said let me check. The same hostess came back over and said no. I said no, you don't see my order or no what. Another lady came over, I asked her can she help me . I told her I was here to pick up a online order, gave her the name.This lady said one minute, I will be back, let her go look. She found my order paper. When I go my order 35 minutes later. There was no napkin, salt, pepper, steak sauce, butter in the bag. There was no apology on they behalf. There was four to five other customers that was not pleased with their orders. There was no good customer service. The workers need better communication skills, to communicate better with the customers. The reason why I give this location at 2nd change is because it right around the corner from my home.
