Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Miramar

Had the worst experience this past Sunday at this location Jan 17,2021. I ordered online so it will be ready when I got there and I didn't have to wait as I'm pulling into the Plaza I get a call from them saying that they didn't have any stuffed cheesy bread that they can replace it with regular crazy bread I said well I paid more money already for the cheesy bread can you change it for the Italian cheesy bread he said no I said why not it's not my fault that you guys don't have what you're selling well anyways he was very rude very unprofessional this is the manager speaking some kid with dyed blonde hair not that that matters but at the end of the conversation before I was in the middle of me speaking he hung up on me so I get there and the guy was completely rude then not help me I canceled the order had to drive to another location on Taft and Douglas where the staff there was very professional and they took care of my order I'd like to speak to somebody and Little Caesars and report this incident cuz this was terrible customer service I've never experienced anything like this in my life long time Little...

I had one of the worst experiences ordering from this place, and I normally don’t leave reviews, but this time I felt it was necessary. I ordered a pizza with the “crazy puff,” expecting something fresh, hot, and properly made. Unfortunately, what I received was the opposite. The food came undercooked, the crust was doughy and raw in the middle, and the cheese wasn’t even melted all the way through. It honestly felt like they rushed it straight out of the oven without even checking if it was done.

To make things worse, when I tried to address the issue with the employees, they were not helpful at all. Instead of apologizing or offering to fix the mistake, they acted like I was being unreasonable for expecting my food to be cooked properly. Their attitude came off dismissive, and it felt like customer service was the last thing they cared about.

Spending money on food should at least come with a basic standard of quality and respect, but this place missed both. I will not be ordering from here again, and I’d warn others to save their time and money by going somewhere that actually values...

My stove went out and I decided to order pizza for my children. First the order was late and when we get it the cheese pizza is harder than the box. It was old looking and very hard. I was upset I drove to the pizza place and asked for the manager. She did replace the pizza and i then asked what was she going to give me for driving up there. The reason I ordered and asked for delivery was to avoid driving. She gave me an extra pizza. Never again. How could you serve someone that hard mess? What if I was an elderly person and couldn’t come to the location. That’s horrible. How could you give that to someone’s children ? What if it was a persons last? Please check your food if...
