So I only have two complaints about my visit here. One that they probably can’t control and one that they can.
I come to the Winn Dixie in this same plaza to buy some breakfast supplies because my freeloading son insisted on pancakes that morning. These little people with no jobs are something else. Anywho I had a free drink reward and got my tastebuds set for a caramel frappé. I placed my mobile and headed across the parking lot. Since the drive thru line was wrapped around the building, I choose curbside. I did not feel like unbuckling my son for a two minute transaction to go inside.
However I get to the curbside and no curbside spots are available and no one is in these “curbside” cars. Not to mention they only 2 curbside spots. However as I said, they can’t control people not adhering to the sign. Although they can control how many curbside spots they have. Anywho I put my curbside number a zero, parked next to the curbside spots and waited. And waited. And waited. And Waited.
I ended up getting out of the car because at this point clearly going inside is much quicker. So I unbuckled the freeloader, take him out of his car seat and walk inside. I waited at the counter for about a 2 minutes before a young lady was about to head outside with my drink. I simply put my hand out and asked for my drink. All she said was “mobile order” and I’m like yeah and left. Not my issues with these...1 way too slow of service for a frappé. 2 she didn’t ask me anything about my order besides did I place a mobile order. Read moreI spent more than 20 minutes and three tries to get food here one day at the same time. I first pulled into the drive through at the 2nd window and was the only car there. No one ever came to the speaker to take my order so I continued to wait. A different car pulled up to windown one and was immediately greeted. I said hello hello into my speaker but still received no answer. That car left window one and still no one answered me. I drove around to window one and waited at the speaker. No on answered so I called out for someone and still did not receive an answer. A car pulled up to window two and was immediately greeted.
At this point, I was pissed so I parked and walked inside with my toddler. I ordered at the screen inside and chose to pay cash at the counter. No receipt printed so I went to the counter to wait. I looked at my phone and waited 6 minutes while pacing the lobby and holding my son. I tried asking about the status of my order and was told rudely there is no order. I explained I ordered it at the screen but did not receive a receipt. It was a number 1 quarter pounder meal medium with a coke. She again said no order came in so I asked her if I could order and pay with her and she rolled her eyes and said she's not trained and walked away. I got back in my car, drove to the McDonalds on Pines and 184th and had a delicious hot meal within 11 minutes including the drive time to get there. Never...
Read moreThis location has gone down hill drastically! What happened to the owner of this place? The drive thru line always takes 20 minutes or more. Every single person that works here has a nasty attitude. 9 times out of 10 they give you the wrong order. Food is always cold and hard as a rock. Save yourself the frustration and go to the other McDonalds East of I75. This place lost a long time customer for good. Wish I had names to add to this.
Went back today… should’ve known better. Placed an order through the mobile app and selected the sauces I wanted with my nuggets. Of course they did not put any sauces in the bags. Stopped and went inside to ask for the sauces I had ordered and was greeted very rudely by Randy the “manager”. He proceeded to ask me how many nuggets I ordered and said I was only able to get a certain amount of sauces with my order. He even charged me an additional $1.26 for 2 extra sauces. If they would’ve put the sauces on the bag that I ordered to begin with everything would’ve been smooth. Randy was extremely rude and obviously hates his job.
