****Update after a year.
Ever since I saw the commercial for the mashed potato poppers, I had to get me some KFC. And as an added bonus I get extra points on my fetch app for going to KFC. Win win. So I went in the restaurant this evening to order one of those double dunk buckets and ask if we could substitute the french fries for some coleslaw instead. The manager told me no, and that was fine I went ahead and ordered a small coleslaw for my husband because he does not like french fries. This was a to go order and the manager told me it would be a couple minutes because they were making fresh tenders and I said thank you very much sounds good to me. A few minutes goes by and my order was finally finished as I went to grab the bags I noticed some dipping sauces that I don't even like so I asked could I get ranch instead and the manager said well this is how the box comes with all these different ones but I guess I can swap them out for ranch. I said thank you very much because I don't even like those other kinds and I told him I was going to order this online and have it delivered and online they let you choose your dipping sauces. But I decided to not order online because I wanted to find out if we could replace the fries with coleslaw. Anyway, I got home, gave the husband his I got mine and the mashed potato poppers were way overcooked and old which made me sad because that's the whole reason I wanted to go to KFC in the first place. And I can't understand if they were making me fresh tenders then why couldn't they have made me fresh mashed potato poppers? So then I think, they were probably out of tenders and they had to make more. They weren't out of poppers and chose to give them to me old and overcooked. But to top it all off, we noticed that we didn't get any biscuits and it's supposed to come with four biscuits! What a terrible experience.
UPDATE I figured I'd go back to KFC today to give them another try. Hey, this time the drive thru was open. A nice woman took my order which was a four piece chicken tender meal. She asked what side I'd like and I said mashed potatoes and gravy. She asked what I'd like to drink and I asked if they had iced tea, she said yes, sweet and unsweetened. I asked for unsweetened tea. Then she asked if I wanted dipping sauce, so I asked what kind of mustard they have, she said honey mustard. I said ok, I'll take ranch. I pay and had to ask for my receipt because the whole reason I came to KFC was to scan my receipt to get 400 Fetch points. I head on down the road and take a drink of the tea and it was sweet tea. Then I open the box to eat a tender while I drive home and no ranch in the bag. No dipping sauce at all. Ugh!!! I decided to have some KFC and checked online to see what time they opened. Website said 10:30a.m. I drove up to the drive thru speaker at 10:40 and a recording said they weren't open yet. There were a couple cars in the parking lot. Probably the employees that forgot how...
   Read moreI ordered this through the app to pick up after work, when I went to the drive thru to pick up my order, the man there wuickly opened the window and practically pushed it at me. I had my phone out towards the window so he could see receipt but he just posed the bag st me a said â here you goâ like he was riding me away. It wasnât busy at all. Then when I got home to open the food it was room temperature, the chicken looked as is it had sat in grease all day, it did not taste like the Kentucky Fried Chicken Iâm use to with the good flavor that is distinct to KFC. This is the only KFC left around the area, the others were shut down, now I know why. If this is how the quality has went down. I am highly disappointed and donât know if I will ever go back , I donât know, maybe it was bad management or employees had bad day. But whatever it was they really need to work on improving their crews...
   Read moreI have been to this location a few times before and every time I had nothing less than a 15 minute wait. As a result I have limited my visits, however my most recent visit will be my last! I waited for more than 10 minutes to place my order even though no one was before me and when the gentleman finally came to take my order he informed me that I had a further wait of 16 minutes and on top of that he was rude with an attitude! I could perfectly understand if the place was busy but it was fairly empty with a few persons in the drive through. I decided to go to another KFC close by and the service I received there was SIGNIFICANTLY better, I was in and out in less than 5 mins!
