Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Mishawaka

It used to be the only pizza place we would go to. Not anymore. This place has gone down hill fast. We've received pizza that was literally not cooked in the center TWICE now. Today was the last straw. We order online using pizza portal for convenience. After over an hour waiting and going in to check why it's not done and not even being able to get into the door it finally got done. Jokes on me they finished it and never entered it into the portal or put it in the warmer so it's half cold already. When she handed me the pizzas the lady said "here is your pizza BYE!" With 15+ people waiting inside and outside. Pizza portal STILL shows my order as in the fricken oven! I'm scared to even open the boxes.

That combined with the fact that the past 2 times I've paid 2 dollars for a maranara sauce I get maybe a spoonful in it! Save your money and time. It's just not worth it anymore.

Edit: I opened the boxes. Burt edges on the cheese one with green peppers on it I didn't order. Peppers on the pepperoni I didn't order and the third has zero toppings in the center of...

I called 3 times in 20 to 30 minutes. No answer. The phone rang and rang 15 to 20 times each time. I went to the store there was no one there. No customers. 2 people sweeping floors. I asked 2 different people why the phone wasn't answered. One said he just clocked in. Really? At 8:15 pm????? I asked another worker who actually gave me someone else pizza.
