Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Mishawaka

Placed an order ahead at 2p for a 6p delivery. When it was 6:25p and the pizza still had not arrived, I called the store. I was on hold for almost 10 minutes before someone took the call. I asked for the status on my order and explained I had placed it hours before for a 6p delivery. The person I spoke with said that there is a faulty system with order ahead. She explained that even though I placed the order hours earlier it was placed behind people who ordered before 6. I was told to order for a 5p or earlier delivery. I feel like it was just an excuse. The pizza didn't arrive until close to 7p and we are only 5 minutes from the store. The pizza was soggy and greasy and almost uneatable. However, at that point we were very hungry so we managed. I will not be ordering from this papa...

I really enjoy Papa John's pizza, but I ordered one tonight and only after I ordered did the website show me that my order wouldn't be ready for TWO HOURS.

The only way to cancel an order is to call.

I called and the hold message is an obnoxious pizza-bro yelling about his "pizza unboxing" and how they're hiring. I've been on hold for about 12 minutes now. Every now and again the hold message stops and the phone rings - giving me the false hope that someone is about to assist me.

I only gave two stars because when you CAN get a pizza from them I think it's quite good. That's right, the pizza is worth one star. Decent SERVICE makes up...

So I ordered a pizza through online and I selected delivery well some how it became a carryout order i called the store and talked to the new General manager Danielle and oh my God excellent customer service she helped me change it back to a delivery order and said she was going to have the food remade because it had sat for awhile. I see a huge change in the store with customer service quality and phone service no more long waits with that prompt you have selections now and people who care about your order 5 stars all the way...
