McDonald's — Restaurant in Mishawaka

So I go through the drive thru every Monday morning with my step daughter, I drive her to school those day. We go all the way to Bremen. We always get one vanilla cone, a medium vanilla frappe and two hash browns. I do have to say we get the right order haha, but it is hit or miss with the employees. You can just tell when someone just does not like their job or they just don't care. It does usually go pretty smooth, they all complain about the ice cream machine, but it still is a good order and get going pretty quickly. There was only two times I was just down right angry. And I think it was the same girl, but once she tried to hand me the cone all melted like leaning off the side and was just like I hate that machine. well I did not take that to give my 6 year old while in a seat in the back seat. Someone else made it and she just didn't know how to hold the cone right and was all huffy about it. The other time the cone did look good, but as soon as I go to hand it to my kid, the whole top fell off one me she just looked at me grabbing the ice cream off me I asked well could I get some napkins? It was so rude and she got mad when I was like well here is your cone back could I have one that is not two different things slapped together. This is third and last time I've been to this location. Every single time I stop there it's a major disappointment. They either can't make your order correctly or the quality of the product they give you is very subpar.

Today, June 14, 2025, I used the app to get a free hashbrown patty by ordering a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit. I added a medium coke to the order.

Part of this is on me for not checking the order before I drove off, but after I made the short drive home from this location and sat down to eat, I was shocked at how poorly made the BE&C biscuit was. There was almost no bacon on it, and it much of the cheese was stuck to the wrapper instead of being on the sandwich.

The previous time I'd been to this location, the BE&C biscuit and the hash brown patty were room temperature cold.

The other time I went to this location, a couple weeks before in the evening. they had to make and remake by double cheeseburger three times before they could get the options of no mustard and extra onions correct, while also giving me a burger that was very cold.

This location is disgusting and is to be avoided...

Pulled into the drive-thru and looked at the menu. A voice asked if I was using the App and I said no. They said order when you’re ready and I said ok thank you. 5 seconds after looking, the voice asked if I was ready to order yet, and I said no. 3 seconds later…do you need more time? And I continue to look. 3 more seconds and was asked if I knew what I wanted. I mumble that I’m trying to decide and they still continue to be impatient and ask these questions. I told them I will let them know when I decide. I’m just trying to do my job , they said. Literally couldn’t wait more than 4 seconds without asking me what I wanted. I got upset and said some things I prob shouldn’t have but I was frustrated. He said he was no longer gonna help me. I pulled around to the pay window and no one was there. So I pulled up to the pick up window and spoke to a manager. She apologized and said he wasn’t even supposed to be taking orders and she would talk to him. She was very helpful and asked to take my order but I nicely refused to eat and we exchanged pleasantries. She was very...
