I can’t say enough good things about Runza! Recently, I experienced a delay in picking up my order as I live a decent ways away. To my surprise, the incredible staff went above and beyond to remake my meal, ensuring it was still hot and fresh for me. This was entirely my fault, yet they handled the situation with such grace and dedication, showcasing their commitment to excellent customer service.

What keeps me coming back every single day is the incredible team, especially the two wonderful women who serve me at lunchtime. They are truly the sweetest and most hardworking people I’ve ever met. They remember my name, my usual order, and even the little things I like, making every visit feel special. Their friendly and professional demeanor makes my day brighter! Worst experience of my life. Started out by walking in to the floors being wet, dirty and slippery. Waited in line for 18 minutes. Waited another 8 for my food. When I got my food, it tasted like it'd been sitting under a heat lamp. I asked staff what was going on and they shrugged their shoulders and looked at me like a deer in headlights. I finished up, not to cause a stink, but I had no clue what was coming. I awoke in the middle of the night to explosive diarrhea! Everywhere! Brand new sheets, done for.
