Pizza Ranch — Restaurant in Mission Hill South Township

We went fishing with kids,and order food from this place at 6:20pm they said it will take 50min ,after 75min no food her we tried to call 18 times no luck,i did hide my caller id to call and guess what the person answer,same person that took order and card number,he stated order got canceldled we couldnt find location,placed me on hold when i ask why he didnt say anything 75min ago,the other person answer on phone stated she is not manager but previous order got canceled by accident and if i need another order she can help me if not she will disconnect call,which guess what happend she disconnected when i ask why they took payment,so i called again and same person answered i ask to talk with manager she said she is the manager so she change her tittle in 5min nice place to work right when u go from team member to manager in 5min,i left voice mail for manager so will see if she call back,and dont waste your time to order anything from here stuff ,service...

Was passing through need a bite so we stopped in. Well to start off the place is crammed like they want to fit as many people in as possible. Didn't notice at first there wasn't a lot of people in there. But after I paid and ordered my pizza it was like I was dodging people. Got our seat and was trying to get to the buffet and it was like a dance floor. This place doesn't have a good floor plan. It's like they are focused on getting people in the place and not on the quality of food. That brings me to the food, it was Pizza Ranch quality. I've ate at a bunch of them I travel for a living and this one is the worst one hands down!! Start with the pizza I ordered I had to ask a waitress where it was she comes back and said it was almost done. When it got there it was greasy and under cooked. The chicken I had while I was waiting was greasy and soggy not crispy. And by time the pizza got there the others I was with were done and waiting on me. I will never...

First and last visit to Pizza Ranch. The service was terrible. The salad bar had no lettuce and everything else was definitely not fresh, but rather dried up and messy. I asked a girl cleaning up a table if we could get some lettuce since several of us were waiting for it. The girl cleaning the table seemed rude or in a bad mood. Twenty minutes go by, and I finally get the attention of another employee, who did get some lettuce. Mind you, about every employee there looked at me and didn't bother to ask if I needed something. I wasn't trying to be rude or impatient. The rest of the food on the hot bar sat pretty empty and dried up. But they sounded like they were having a blast in the kitchen.
