Saturday September 21st at 2:15 pm. WORST experience and customer service ever by a Supervisor anywhere I have ever been. I Reordered same sandwich I always get at the drive thru. For some unfortunate reason My Toasted Steak and Cheese with all the extras I added to it came out as cold steak on bread. Nothing else not even the cheese. but hey everyone can mess up and it can be fixed. Not a big deal right? nope guess not! went back inside to get it fixed before we even left the parking lot. That's when the Supervisor wanted to argue that the sandwich was made correctly bla bla bla. ALL we wanted was the sandwich to be warmed up toasted and put all the extras on it that we wanted In the first place but OMG nope couldn't do it for us. wouldn't even let the young kid actually working there fix it as he knew it got sent out wrong. We were able to get a refund, well hopefully it should be credited my Monday, and went elsewhere. so if you want to know about the atmosphere today it was very Hostile and I'm VERY disappointed I hope she has a better day tomorrow. Read moreMy favorite part about Subway drive through is the fast touch screen menu feature. I go through drive through when I'm in a hurry and this option is so nice. Unfortunately, I got to the window to pay and pick up my order, and another vehicle was in front of me. I waited over 5 minutes for them to move on. Then I'm finally able to get my order. I ended up waiting another 5 minutes or so only to get someone else's order so I gave it back to them. They hadn't even made my footlong toasted ham and cheese. That's it, that's all I ordered. Over 10 minutes of waiting now, 2nd attempt to provide me my order and got a 6 inch, paid for footlong. 3rd times a charm, right? Nope! I got 2 sandwiches and it was the old 6 inch plus a version of a 2nd 6 inch. I waited forever and got the excuse they were busy. Read moreWe went through the drive thru and ordered only two sandwiches, it took 20mins just to pay and there was only one car in front of us and nobody behind us. It then took 10mins to get out food because the lady that was supposed to hand us the food was to busy talking and laughing with the other works. Our food was just sitting by the window the whole time. They also messed up our order and didn’t put avocado on one of the sandwiches but still charged us for it, I also ordered it with no ranch and they put ranch on it we had to through the sandwich away when we got home and realized it because we hate ranch. We didn’t want to go back since I didn’t have time to. I’ve worked in fast food before and I understand it can be hard but it wasn’t busy and they clearly don’t care...
