We went for my sons birthday. We were super excited to make it a special surprise for him as he LOVES ICE CREAM. We weren’t “greeted” at all upon entering the store, instead there was a grouchy lookin man behind the counter clearly hating life. Excitedly we inquired about what they do for birthdays, was told I’d have to do it in the app. I did everything, signed up, put all the family birthdays in the app, showed him and he said we needed an email. An email that was never sent to us or received by us. (Still days later after checking a bunch of times I have nothing) Very unhelpful and unfriendly. We won’t be coming back. Thankfully our son is little and didn’t understand what was going on, and he still got an ice cream. But entire experience was a bitter...

Extremely disappointing experience. I called ahead to place an order during my short 15-minute break, only to be met with hostility. Instead of trying to accommodate or even respectfully explain policy, the individual on the phone kept shouting, “It’s my money! You don’t get to tell me what to do!”

This is not how any customer should be treated. It’s not about “who’s money” it is — it’s about the basic ability to either accommodate a customer or communicate with professionalism and respect.

Needless to say, I will never return, and I will be sharing my experience with others. Businesses that treat customers this way will quickly learn: it’s our business — and we have the choice to take...

This past Tuesday 3/19 for my sons 2nd birthday my wife and I thought it would be a great idea to come here for his free scoop. WRONG!!! Came in the evening time dude that was there was the rudest person we’ve ever met!! He refused to give my son his free scoop we had the app and everything and he just kept saying “sorry, I can’t help you”… I used to come here as a kid and was very exited for this trip. Can’t even believe what a dump it’s turned into. Hiring bums off the street lookin like trash just to keep this business a float. I can’t believe what a dump it is now.
